The staff in the store are all energetic young people who are warm and hospitable. Because we are two families who want to live together, we specially arranged two sea view rooms with a good view! At first, I was worried that it would be inconvenient to go to the beach, but it turned out that it was just two steps downstairs. It was close and convenient. When I checked out today, I received a warm welcome from the hotel! Salted egg yolk pumpkin🎃, which I have never tasted before, is loved by children of all ages.

Nestled away, the Santorini seaside resort is like a slice of Greece right here in China! From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat.
My stay at this resort was nothing short of amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my friends and I had the best time. They were incredibly helpful, always there with a smile, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their thoughtfulness made our stay truly special, and they were so accommodating to all our requests.
The resort looks exactly like the pictures, if not even more beautiful in person. It was spotlessly clean and hygienic, which immediately put me at ease. The attention to detail in meeting our needs was remarkable. We were offered wonderful perks, such as photo shoots, that added a touch of magic to our trip and helped create memories that will last a lifetime.
I should mention that while there aren't as many foreigners here, and it doesn't have all the western - style facilities that some might be used to, it actually made for a unique and peaceful experience.
A special shout - out goes to Chloe! She was an absolute star. Her assistance throughout our stay was invaluable. She's super sweet, thoughtful, and although a bit shy, she's truly awesome. Her efforts really made our stay at the Santorini seaside resort unforgettable. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs a holiday getaway. I will definitely come back!

The resort itself is expansive, offering a plethora of room types, shops, and dining options, providing something for everyone. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably maintained, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay.
The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of choices to suit every palate. Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic, and we are already looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious seaside getaway!

BBen_inChinaThe room, amazing!! 👏👍 the hotel itself is beautiful but it's a shame that there is an unfinished side to the resort that isn't finished and it's not stated anywhere. The balcony view also very nice!! The staff recognized the need for English speaking and attended to this. Shame that there isn't really an adult area or adult pool . Breakfast a little below expectations for the price and also the quality of the food on show also not so good. Sharing tables also, not what is expected for this price.

GGuest UserThe sea view was good, and the bed was very comfortable. The sheets were clean and they gave us a fridge, hairdryer, kettle and basic hotel articles.
However, their rooms didn’t have gowns, nor space to hang out clothes. The fridge was inside the wardrobe and took up storage space.
The toilet was very tiny and squashed up. It also didn’t have a brush to clean up after oneself.
The bathtub was big, but we had a problem keeping the water in. The knob kept popping up on its own. And when we let the water out, it flooded the floor instead of going straight to its own drain.
The TV interface was only in Chinese and it was difficult to find Free English movies. Some of the movies were translated into Chinese and not accommodating English viewers.
The breakfast was baaaad! They do not cater for foreigners. No scrambled eggs, just one choice of Almost English breakfast🙄. Our second breakfast didn’t even have coffee, and we had to hustle for cutlery.
But other than that, we enjoyed the swimming pool very much. The view from the UFO is to die for. Even the lower swimming pool was good.

GGuest UserStar Butler is very reliable. This hotel is simply great. The high-rise balcony feels like sleeping on the sea. The balcony can be fully opened and you can enjoy the gentle breeze of the sea at night. It is so comfortable. The library and observation deck are right next to it, and the greenery and slope train are also very unique. Highly recommended! !

The kids loved the hotel breakfast—the waffles and fresh fruit were a hit—and spending mornings playing on the nearby beach made it even more special. Every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming, which added to the relaxed, family-friendly vibe.
Thank you, Amy Lin, for making our vacation so seamless and joyful. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next trip back for the May holiday.

GGuest UserThe room was very satisfactory. The balcony was super large and the sea view was unobstructed. The master suite on the 31st floor had a great view. What needs to be improved is the capacity of breakfast reception. There were more than 5 people on the table and it was dirty. The replenishment speed was not fast enough, so I didn't eat anything. There were only three elevators. It really took a long time to wait for an apartment hotel with more than 30 floors.
The sand near the sea on the beach is black, and the sea water is also relatively dirty, with a lot of seaweed and garbage. Swimming in the infinity pool of the hotel is OK.

AAppelliefieI stayed in a lovely room overlooking the ocean. Bedding was high quality and bed was very comfortable. I had an amazing night's rest. First night I saw a coackroach in the bathroom. There was a kettle and mugs with coffee and tea, but no teaspoons. Only half the pools at the hotsprings had water in, which was disappointing. Breakfast was good and had a wide variety of food.
