No. 10 Courtyard Villa

The pictures are nothing like the actual place. There was no fridge, microwave or even a table as advertised. Some of the stuff was rectified the second day and the woman was polite. It was just disappointing.

To be clear, we did not stay at the hotel room that is being advertised on this website.  We arrived and were put into a B5 unit and not the E4 unit as advertised.  It was clear that our room had not been stayed in in a long time.  It was not clean - floor, bathroom, furniture.  It was clear that items that had been discarded from other rooms were in this one; the bed was terrible and clearly broken, the tv was broken, the lamp was tilted and broken.  There was no proper amenities included - no toilet roll, no hand soap, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom (old empty bottles and 2 small hotel bottles of body wash), no floor mat.  we had to ask for cups and mugs.  There were no tea bags or coffee powder.   It was not the worst place I have ever stayed, because at least the view was nice and it was somewhat clear.  But it was false advertising and not at all cool.  The building itself is fine  but the lobby looks derelict.  The woman who checked us in was friendly and helpful, but she knew she was not putting us in the correct room.  It was a real shame. DO NOT book with 10 courtyard villa because you will not be staying where you think you will be staying.
