Hot Springs Hotels in Huizhou

Very good value private little villa with its own hot spring and a nice garden. We chose the 89 square meter one (茶道 · Tea ) and it turned out to be a great choice —- having breakfast delivered every morning to the garden and dining there was a highlight of the stay. Although the Intercontinental next door has shut down, we still walked around the lanes in the broader resort, and the trees, birds, flowers and architecture scene was all pleasant. I personally enjoyed jogging around the golf courts a lot. Amazing air quality and scenic view. Food wise — The restaurant at the hotel is simple but has a solidly comprehensive menu. Our concierge (管家 小丘) helped us order a Hakka kiln chicken delivered to the resto which I think is a must try. Enjoyed the Tofu dishes —- also a Hakka cuisine specially. The afternoon tea and desert soup everyday inclusive in the package nicely complements the primary activity — bathing in the private hot spring there. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would like to visit again at some point ! With high speed railway from Hong Kong, it’s so convenient to get here for the good value in hui Zhou.

Our room was clean and well equipped. Hotel is linked to a huge mall. We would like to especially thank Becky Wang at the Front Desk for her expert help and organization.  The cleaning lady on the 55th floor was also very friendly. Overall we had a pleasant stay at Pullman Kaisa.

Everyone knows from the reviews on the platform that the attitude of the staff is bad, but after trying their attitude, it was really bad. When we went to the hotel entrance, the waiter saw us with children and luggage, and ignored us at all. He did not consider the luggage service, even if I asked He didn't even care if there was a luggage cart. Of course I asked in Mandarin and Cantonese! When we arrived at the front desk, everyone looked very bad. Not to mention welcoming, I honestly thought it was hatred. I came to travel, so what's the crime? He said he wanted to give me a fruit bowl because it was my husband's birthday, but of course he just said it and never showed up. We are 2 adults and 2 children. We asked the customer service to ask for 2 more towels (there are only 2 in the room) and 2 bottles of shampoo and shower gel (the room only has 1 small bottle each, each bottle is about 10ml). It’s not too much! The room staff kept saying that was enough and didn't want to compete. There is a terrace and hot spring outside the room, but the management is poor and there are too many plants, resulting in too many mosquitoes at 11:00 at night. The room is generally very good, and the hot spring area is very good, but most of the pool water is not open.

This is a room converted from Country Garden Apartment with a balcony and looking at the garden view. Although there is a little mosquito, there is a mosquito repellent to sleep well at night. The location is good and convenient, the facilities and restaurants in Country Garden are perfect. I arrived at 8 o'clock, and I called the front desk and came down. The service was very good.

這酒店體驗非常好！超乎了我的預期！給我免費升級了房間，而且服務也很好，能在你有需要的時候給予一定的幫助。到達之後有新鮮的水果，還會按你的時間安排好圍爐煮茶。環境也非常好！酒店後面有很大的草坪，還有山，非常開闊！温泉池提前和客服預訂好，放好水就可以去泡了，乾淨舒服！而且在我不舒服的時候也能免費給我泡些茶！這次的酒店體驗我是真的太滿意了！強烈推薦！我以後一定會仔回去度假的！

The hotel is right next to Huilin Manor, the price is reasonable and affordable, the hotel is fully equipped, there are many farms around, there are also many affordable snack bars, very suitable for short-term travel to work pressure 😊

It's a very nice place! I recommend it to everyone. Who wants to take a break from the city bustle. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved dinner. The convenient location close to major attraction. Clean air, hot springs and swimming pools with spa massage is awesome. The hotel rooms are clean, cozy, the cuisine is delicious. The hotel staff helped me in many ways. Thank you very much to the hotel managers - Ms. Merry, Ms. Cindy and friendly Mr. Junberry. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. We will definitely come again!

The room is generally the same, the outdoor environment is very good, suitable for morning walks or morning runs, the outdoor hot spring water temperature is not very hot, it feels just soaked in warm water, breakfast is not bad

I was worried after reading the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! I didn't regret choosing this place. Not only is there an elevator, which is very considerate, but the whole house is large, new and comfortable. The children in the children's room are very happy. The elderly are also very happy✊🏻 Making tea, singing karaoke, playing mahjong, and soaking in hot springs. It's also close to eat outside, cheap and delicious❤️ It's also very convenient to order takeout, and I also bought barbecue ingredients🌹 Finally, thank the butler service, which is very considerate and responsive to every request.

The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were all available. From comfortable beds to intimate small ornaments, every detail revealed the hotel's intentions. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, responsive, and makes me feel at ease and comfortable here. Highly recommend to everyone!
