A superb hotel with excellent services. Room is spacious and very clean. Beautiful view of the West Lake from the room. Everything is in perfect order and well organized. Kande International will be my only choice for staying at Hui Cheng District. All the hotel staff are friendly. Kelberly at the Front Desk is particularly helpful and courteous who provides excellent services making my stay at Kande to be one of the most comfortable and pleasant hotel experiences in China. Thank you and for sure I will stay at Kande again when I visit Hui Cheng next time.

The room is very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The service attitude is also very good. The back garden of the hotel is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and water. The hotel's swimming pool is comfortable and the gym is also very good. It is a good place for leisure and vacation. I will go there next time.

The added bonus of having a sauna right by the pool was a treat for us adults. We were able to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities at this hotel were outstanding. From the well-equipped fitness center to the elegant dining options, everything was top-notch. We were thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of the facilities provided. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us. Great for kids! Good location right next to a mall with good food selection. The outdoor playground for hotel guests (free) is lovely for kids. Didn’t experience the pony ride. Will come again if going to Huizhou.

Everyone knows from the reviews on the platform that the attitude of the staff is bad, but after trying their attitude, it was really bad. When we went to the hotel entrance, the waiter saw us with children and luggage, and ignored us at all. He did not consider the luggage service, even if I asked He didn't even care if there was a luggage cart. Of course I asked in Mandarin and Cantonese! When we arrived at the front desk, everyone looked very bad. Not to mention welcoming, I honestly thought it was hatred. I came to travel, so what's the crime? He said he wanted to give me a fruit bowl because it was my husband's birthday, but of course he just said it and never showed up. We are 2 adults and 2 children. We asked the customer service to ask for 2 more towels (there are only 2 in the room) and 2 bottles of shampoo and shower gel (the room only has 1 small bottle each, each bottle is about 10ml). It’s not too much! The room staff kept saying that was enough and didn't want to compete. There is a terrace and hot spring outside the room, but the management is poor and there are too many plants, resulting in too many mosquitoes at 11:00 at night. The room is generally very good, and the hot spring area is very good, but most of the pool water is not open.

It is very close to Huiyang Station, a few minutes' drive away. The whole hotel, both the exterior and the interior, has a great sense of design, and welcome fruit is provided upon check-in. A very good hotel in the central city of Danshui. The facilities are of an old five-star hotel. It has a sense of age but is not outdated. After checking in, I received a fruit platter. The breakfast was also very rich. The attitude of the front desk and floor service staff was excellent! It is also very close to the most prosperous downtown area in Huiyang. In short, I personally think it is the most worthwhile hotel to stay in Huiyang.
