CCheungKevinI'm giving a 5 star review solely because King was an amazing helper.
The hotel has a lot of good, the location is amazing, the view is amazing, service attitude is great, most people are very willing to help if you translate to them. However it's not without flaws. I gave a 5 star because I believe overall, the hotel is great and I strongly recommend it.
The hotel had some issues with translations, some more dire than others but they've been quite reactive to change. For example ”Alcoholic Beverage” in English and ”mocktail” in Chinese doesn't link up, other more comedic like ”Pancake” being translated to ”Class Halberd”.
There were also some issues with not being able to rent a surfboard even though my girlfriend and I were experienced surfers unless we took a lesson but none of the instructors knew English so how could we even have a lesson?
We also went in Off-season, September, so that might be why some of the attractions were under construction.
Overall, great hotel, great service, just hope they brush up the English and some weird rules in service.

GGuest UserThe accommodation is very satisfactory, very close to the sea, with a washing machine, refrigerator, and the beach downstairs. You can swim until 10 pm. It's just that the food is a bit expensive, and parking is not expensive at 15 yuan a day.

CChidingWow amazing weekend spent with the kids. The hotel has everything we need. A big water park, two infinitive pool, three swimming pools, sliders, water boat for kids. The room is so big and spacious, the kids love it, have a bunk bed for the kids and toys which they got entertained. The breakfast is all good, the staffs from the lobby lounge they are so helpful, the guys singing they are so amazing with English music. The lady from the We chat name Amy Lin she is so helpful with every question I have and she answered so fast. The dinner buffet the seafood one 358 yuan for 2 person is worth it. Has a lot of food and without time. In general all the amenities from the hotel is all excellent. We can recommended 100% to all my friends. If we have the chance we come back again for sure. The quality and the service from the staff all so good. The lady from reception desk thank you. And at the end of our journey they gave us two turtles as a gift for the kids.

Hotel location: more than 600 rooms are not facing the sea view, and more than 600 rooms are below the 5th floor. Check-in is only available at 15:00 and check-out must be before 12:00. The hotel is easy to find and has a parking lot. Parking is free. The beach and swimming pool are opposite. It is very convenient to walk there. This is the only comfort I feel. 2. Hotel service: There is not much contact. Check-in is nothing special and it is quite polite. It is just that the aunt opened the door and came in to clean the room at 11:30 the next day when we were still in the room. It felt a bit presumptuous. She didn't knock on the door. 3. Accommodation environment: I am not satisfied with this. The toilet smells bad when you enter the room. The air conditioning vent is leaking all the time, and the floor is wet, which makes it easy to slip. There are three sockets in the room, one of which is plugged in to the mosquito repellent, and the other is broken. Two people have to take turns to charge, which is a bit annoying. The king-size bed room is made of two 1.2-meter beds put together, and there is a gap in the middle, which is not very comfortable to sleep. The water in the shower area is often wet due to water inspection. Finally, many people set off fireworks on the beach, and they are also set off at three or four in the morning. The sound is quite loud, which is a bit noisy when sleeping at night. The overall experience is average, because I have only stayed in this one, and the others may be similar. I just objectively talk about my feelings for your reference.

GGuest UserThe hotel inside is much older than on the pictures but it was fine. When we booked in, we were given a different room than what we requested and paid for, but after assistance from the online staff at trip. com it was rectified.
Two major concerns were the lack of variety in restaurants and the facts that there are only two elevators for a fully booked hotel of 32 floors... We had to wait very, very long every time we wanted to go up or down for the elevator to reach us, and even then could often not use it because it was too full.
The only western restaurant (Loop) about 750m from the hotel offered very expensive drinks and was open only from 12:00. Also, some days we could only order salad there.. 🤔
When we had a parcel sent to us at the hotel, it was for some obscure reason (couriers are not allowed to deliver there..?!), sent to a store 3km from the hotel, and we had to pay 90RMB for someone from the hotel to fetch it there.. 🤔🙄
The last thing that was strange, was the advertisement inside the hotel for a western restaurant, but it was nowhere to be found. Signs pointed in the direction of the basement in Building 1 but we could not find it anywhere, and when we asked around, people were just shaking their heads..

GGuest UserThe main point is the cost performance, the room is very comfortable and clean, and it is equipped with disposable towels and bath towels, which is very good. The most satisfying thing is that there is no sewer odor in the bathroom (because many apartment hotels of this type have this problem), and I can sleep peacefully at night without turning on the exhaust fan! Check-in and check-out are very convenient. If you drive yourself, the parking fee in the parking garage is a little higher, 40 yuan for 24 hours (unlimited entry and exit times). I saw many cars parked on the roadside. If I go to Shuangyue Bay again in the future, I will choose this hotel again.

GGuest UserIt is completely real! Especially good, very clean! Butler Miss Li is afraid of mosquitoes, and also helps us to close the windows and balcony doors in each room in advance. There are no mosquitoes at night. Breakfast can be eaten in the first owner's canteen in the park. The Nordic style canteen has a large variety of breakfasts! At first I couldn't believe it. I could rent such a shabby villa on May Day. The price was still so favorable. Later, I found that it was the landlord who rented the house directly. There was no middleman to earn the difference. Hahahaha. I have already recommended it to my friends, it is really great! I will come back later.
