The room was very spacious. The sofa and armchair were clean and comfortable, and the bed was wide enough for two adults and a child to sleep comfortably. The room was quiet and smelled fresh. Views from the window varied by floor, and Block A seemed to have a better location than Block B. The staff and front desk were friendly and offered excellent service. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic and represented great value for money. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended. Areas for improvement: The bathroom facilities need better maintenance. The toilet seat was crooked, which made it easy to touch the ceramic bowl when sitting down. Additionally, the flushing chain inside the toilet tank would easily detach, and the flush button often failed to work, sometimes not flushing at all.
