The room is big and I am very happy to stay at Hatara Hotel 。There are enough parking spaces 。

Very disappointed. The hotel is not clean at all. The bathroom smells. The shampoo smells bad. Checked in at 16:00 and still couldn't get in. Had to wait for the staff to finish cleaning the room. When I got the room, it seemed like it was sloppy and not cleaned properly. The bed sheet was torn. The pillowcase was stained with blood or lipstick, not sure. . The hotel is located far from tourist attractions. There is no bus passing by. Those who don't have a private car must call Grab only. It is about 5-6 kilometers from the city. There is no food nearby to buy (I confirm that it is really difficult without a car. 7-Eleven is far away. You can't walk to buy food). . The day we came, we paid a little over 850. I think it's not worth it, so I was a little disappointed. If you add a little more money, you can stay at a hotel near the city. It would be more convenient and get better service. At this price, there is nothing (breakfast, toothbrush). . Cleanliness should be improved a lot. The common area and the room are okay. It's beautiful. But it's not very clean. The bathroom smells bad.

The room is spacious, with a big screen TV, cool air conditioner, and the towel is considered new, not hard, not yellow. Overall, if you have a private car, it is considered convenient to go and have no hassle. There is a chance to come and stay again.
