First entered the debate with the receptionist because booking 1 double bed was said here the cheapest package is twinbed. Even though it was clearly stated in the application. But finally given a double bed after the debate. Amenities toothbrush and toothpaste 2pcs, liquid soap + shampoo 2in1 in the bathroom without toilet tissue or dry tissue outside the toilet. The mat has many holes. TV channels only 3 local TVs and all of them are blurry. The mattress has many holes like cigarette butts even though it's a non-smoking room, trash like there are black cigarette burns. When I opened the cupboard, it was rickety propped up with tissue. Honestly, when I first entered the room, I saw the floor was not very clean. The mattress was itchy when used to sleep and when checking out, it turned out that the staff was folding another room without changing the sheets. Security helped lift the goods, a plus point. The towels might not have been replaced if you saw the sheets were only folded. What is certain is that the added value is the security who helps with carrying goods and parking.

Cheap hotel, good service, recommended for accommodation

For a location in the city center, 1.2 km from Gubeng station, but far from food stalls, there are only restaurants. For service, the staff are friendly, madam and mas, the receptionists are friendly, the security is also friendly, for cleanliness it is sufficient but it can be improved again, for the facilities it is quite bad, order a superior room, the receptionist said the superior one has run out and was upgraded to deluxe (thank God I thought) but the facilities in a bad room, the bed is big, the sheets are pretty clean. But you can't get towels, when the laundry confirmation is late, they will be given when they come. But when I checked out, no towels arrived, luckily I brought my own towel and I'm the type of person who doesn't want to ask twice. The shower closet doesn't work, so it's difficult if you want to wash after defecating, warm water flows. But the shower panel is broken, it's always dislodged, needs repair again, lots of sockets that don't attach to the wall so it's dangerous if you touch it, the room lights are dim. Stay 2 days at hotel emerald for the impressions: + strategic location in downtown Sby, about 10 minutes from Gubeng station, and tp, near restaurants, about 5 minutes drive, actually it's close, only the area has lots of red lights + breakfast even though it's ala carte, but it tastes good 👍 it tastes like a rice bowl s*lar*a + got a room on the 1st floor so close there was no need to go up + double bed room with a spacious king size bed + hot water for bathing works properly and the current is fast, only the knob to turn the shower sometimes dislodges, it seems like it's time to replace it + no hotel slippers + WIFI is quite fast during the day, a bit slow at night but good overall - if you get a room on the 2nd floor and so on, you have to go up the stairs half a floor first and then there is an elevator (the receptionist said, I didn't try to take the elevator because I got a room on the 1st floor) - got a room without a window, but there is another twin bed room with a window and a terrace on the 1st floor - uneven parking, hard to pull the suitcase, looks like it needs to be repaired - the lobby is cramped and small with only about 2-3 seats, not suitable for long waits or for chatting - There is no heater and compliment bottled mineral water, but as a substitute a pot of drinking water is provided and 2 glass glasses to fill yourself with fresh gallon water dispenser brand CL*O which is provided in the hallway of the hotel but the choice of hot water in the dispenser when I tried it didn't work , only plain water works Overall good, as long as you get to the 1st floor then it's not a problem you don't need to go up, good breakfast, please pay attention to the hot water dispenser for drinking Subaya can function properly
