⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service—friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. The breakfasts were fantastic and a great way to start the day. The laundry room was clean and everything worked perfectly. Loved the small gym—perfect for keeping in shape!

The facilities are simple and do not meet 4-star standards. I am not familiar with the business and my management cannot keep up. The wrong amount was issued when invoicing. After multiple communications, the staff still thought it was the customer's fault. It was said that because Ctrip deducted a "handling fee", the amount was reduced.

酒店是去年才開的，設施設備都很新，酒店介紹前台服務人員也很有民族特色，有穿民族服飾的服務人員，這個是在內地沒有的，很細心的一個事情，我在大堂坐着，給我倒了二杯水，一個是白開，一個是果汁讓我們二選一，很貼心貼心，退房的時候還有護手霜的小禮物，是可以免費停車的，客房的阿姨打掃衞生也很乾凈衞生，最後走的時候還在酒店買了和田玉，有保障，推薦大家入住哦
