The hotel has a very nice pool with poolside drinks and food service. There are early morning/early evening complimentary yoga and other wellness lessons. There is a child playground and indoor creche (presumably not complimentary).
The lobby is up an elevated driveway from the street. To get to your building, there are more outside steps. So, this hotel is not for you if you have limited mobility. Having said that, there is a hotel 'golf cart' available to move you plus your luggage.
Then there is the location. There is a wide choice of eating places, some with live music. Ao Nang beach is just 10min walk away. This is where you catch boat trips to the other islands.
All in all, the hotel met all my expectations. The world is too big for me to return in the near future. But if i did, I would rebook the Holiday Inn.

This is the sophistication resort I ever stay in Thailand , I have to fully highlight staff there all is helpful and friendly especially a male staff name Tan, He assist us in Rock climbing services and give me a confidence to complete it , not only that he did assist my kids to hand carry the luggage all the way to our vehicle during check out, the room have to be done a bit make over cause look quite out of time , the rest all is superb , the breakfast also variety choices

While my recent stay at the hotel had its downsides, there were some positives worth mentioning. The location was truly beautiful, with stunning surroundings that made for a picturesque setting. Additionally, the concierge staff were very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself felt run down, with noticeable signs of neglect. We were also significantly overcharged compared to other guests, and to top it off, were charged an extra 900 THB for a bed that was uncomfortable and barely usable. This left us feeling frustrated and unfairly treated. Despite the lovely location and excellent concierge service, the overall experience left much to be desired.

First of all :
I made a special request, but this one didn't happen that trip.com / hotel either made it happen.
As it was an anniversary trip with my girlfriend, just easily decorating a happy anniversary in the room.
so it seems they ignored , nothing was done.
The room was clean, but the beds were very hard. On my 2nd day, my back felt a bit hurt of sleeping this mattress/pillow, but it was comfortable to relax , quite, no any noise.
Breakfast was great, typically selfservice and still lack of a bit service mind.
But Overall, all was ok.
About the beach at the front, i can't tell that much as we didn't enjoy it there, but we decided to have our anniversary dinner outside.

Overall, a rather good value for money hotel. Big comfortable bed, 10min walk to Ao Nang beach. The shower lacks however of water pressure and the water temperature is not easy to regulate. The hotel has an activity and shuttle bus to airport service, it costs us 700 THB to go to Krabi airport for a private mini-van (4 adults + 1 kid), the price was the same outside.
Had a nice evening and dinner in Ao Nang beach at the last Fisherman bar, at the very end of the Ao Nang beach front alley but much worther than other seafront restaurants, the view is much better, food is good and cheaper. The only thing is you'd better be patient, have to queue to get a table and waiters are too busy so hard to get one.

Booked the hotel with some friends as the internet video and website looks so alluring. Arrived at the hotel with super warmth hospitality, truly a 5 star service. The property is very large, spacious and have a rustic Thai style. The facilities and amenities like gym is super neat and tidy, equipments are well maintained. Th pool is nice and super huge with a pool bar which we literally hung out most of the time. There are other amenities like snooker and table tennis which require a small fee to play. We opt for the club lounge access and while the food options is a little disappointing but otherwise the service is tip top.

This hotel is beautiful! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The hotel located right next to the beach, and my wife and I loved that! We went to Krabi to celebrate our honeymoon and to our surprise, they prepared for us a very nice honeymoon welcome in the room, and we both were very happy.
The only drawback we found was that the rooms apparently have very thin walls or that they let sounds pass through the walls. We could clearly hear what the guests in the other room were talking about and they could actually hear us too, we felt like there wasn't much privacy.

Great Experience Overall
Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the staff very kind, and everything was very clean. During our stay, we stayed in two different rooms. The first room was a bit older, with the only issue being a strong odor coming from the bathroom drains. Aside from that, the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The second room we stayed in was much newer, with an excellent bathroom and very good, comfortable facilities overall. The only drawback in this room was the pillows, which were not very comfortable.
The hotel's location is very good. Although it faces the less pleasant side of the beach (Railay East), overlooking a mangrove, it is directly in front of the floating pier, the main arrival point for the beach. It also has a back exit that leads almost directly to the small town center and is just a few minutes' walk to Railay West, the more beautiful side of the beach.
Overall, the cost-benefit is definitely worth it.

Awesome service and location is also good. Lots of restaurant and store just outside the hotel. All the staff from guest services, room service, dining staff, amenities (pool/beach and kidz club), bellboys were awesome. Room is clean and the toilet too. Room service will check randomly if you need anything which we appreciate. Service of all the staff were top notch and worth every penny. They gave us complimentary wine in our room since we are celebrating our anniversary. Thanks so much!! Shout out to Lita from the Mangosteen restaurant in the hotel, she is the sweetest and our daughter loves her. Looking forward to our next trip in Krabi and will definitely stay here again.

We had a good stay at the hotel.
Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Room is big, has a locker, fridge, balcony with towel rack. Bed is good, for me a little on the hard side, same as the pillows.
Room service the first day was okay, not that clean, no new towels. Second day was spotless. And the days after too.
Also they give you 2 bottles of water every day.
For breakfast I had eggs, fruit, yoghurt, juice, and they have all of it and more.
We ate 2 times at the hotel, both times I didn’t like it. The drinks were good though.
The pool is big and clean and there are many (comfortable) beds. The towel you can also bring to the beach, which is on the other side of the street.
We did a day trip to railey beach (200 both ways by longboat) which is beautiful. But they brought us to the other side and when we came back they don’t provide transportation so you have to walk or take a little car for 100b.
If you rent a scooter (200 a day) better follow the car and park there.
Overall, I enjoyed it here, and would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something near the beach and near all the restaurants and not too expensive.

GGuest UserIf we were ever to travel to Krabi again we would consider staying here just because the price is reasonable and it’s located on the beach with ocean view rooms and that’s not easy to find in Krabi. The breakfast buffet was decent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. That being said there are things that we wish we knew ahead of time. The hotel is older and in serious need of renovations. The sewer system in all of Krabi seems to be pretty old, all toilets including in the hotel asked you not to flush toilet paper.
There are restaurants within walking distance but for a larger selection we took a ride service into another area several times during the week.
If you are looking for a 3 star quality hotel that’s quiet and on the beach this place would be good.

GGuest UserThis is hotel is lovely and rooms are big with lovely bathroom. The bed are very comfortable which was nice to find, the room comes with fridge and locker. The locker I always had problems with had keep call reception to open as it wouldn’t work. The breakfast was honestly not nice there was not much variety. My rooms some times wouldn’t get cleaned with after 3pm that was disappointing.
Over all hotel is perfect location 5 minutes walk to beach and so many restaurants and 7-11 close by. You will find lots massages places good value for money and they are really good. Right Next to the hotel is a French cafe they do lovely breakfast and other food.

XXimenbazhaoForest-style resort hotel, with comfortable rooms and a crib provided. The breakfast is also very rich, with various delicious options. The restaurant and bar in the hotel also have a particularly good environment. If you don't like to spend money in the hotel, the nearby small village is also very close, which is convenient for dining and travel. There are snorkeling projects in the small village, and you can also choose to go fishing in the sea. There are also bars in the village, which are very lively in the evening. The check-in experience is very good, and I will come again if I have the chance.

The hotel provided a well-maintained environment with clean rooms, fresh towels, and courteous staff. The balcony bath was a standout feature. However, there was a minor issue on check-out day: appeared to be accessed by someone else and some sand was left in the bath, immediately after my return I received several calls about check-out timing, likely due to a misunderstandin about my early departure. Fortunately, the manager addressed and resolved the issue promptly. Overall, my stay was pleasant.

FFieldy & Whitey travelsThis hotel was in a perfect location, only a small walk up to the shops, night Market and bars. The room was very spacious and the bed was also massive! Shower caps, shampoo, body wash and ears buds were provided with lots of towels. Each day fresh water was provided with extra loo rolls. Nice quiet location for relaxing, would recommend!

IIvorineIt's hard to dislike this place as the view makes up for a lot. Some of the amenities are a bit dated. We had some bad luck with our jacuzzi tub not working properly but after we got the staff to understand what was wrong they came and fixed it.
They are very accommodating and they really do their best to make your stay as nice as possible.
Pay the extra money for the breakfast. It's really worth it. So much choice and made with care.
The one big downside really is that you have to hike the monkey trail or catch a boat to get to Ao Nang. And the hotel food prices are a bit on the high side. We didn't mind ourselves, but if you have difficulty climbing the stairs it might be inconvenient. At night the longtail boats from Ao Nang Beach ask a ridiculous amount of money to ferry you to the hotel.
On the plus side; you get an amazing view every time you look out your window. The bed is comfortable. The food (if you don't mind the cost) is tasty. The staff is super nice. The pool is great. Did I mention how amazing the view was already?
It really is a tranquil place and we enjoyed our time there immensely. So, no 5* but that's only 'cause I think the attention to detail could be a bit better for the price range.
