I stayed here once 3 years ago and I thought it was the most cost-effective hotel in Yanping. But now it’s really no longer possible. If the faucet is broken, it will not be repaired, and if the wall is damaged, it will not be maintained.
I communicated with the hotel where I checked in at 4 o'clock in the morning to extend the check-out time without affecting the check-in of other guests. The hotel refused straight away and called me at 11 o'clock in the morning, which was super frustrating.
Of course, we have something to say, the breakfast is quite good, the lady who makes breakfast is also very nice, and the security uncle at the front desk is also a good person!

In the off-season, there are few guests staying in the hotel and it is relatively quiet. The cruise was nice, with beautiful scenery, and the driver was very nice; the breakfast was too perfunctory, in the style of a canteen; the room was cold, the air conditioning was not effective, the bathroom heating equipment was broken, and the shower was very cold the next day It took most of the day to repair, but it was still not repaired until about three o'clock in the afternoon, so I had to change rooms. I was scared to see a lot of bad reviews before, but the price/performance ratio is really high. The server at the front desk is also very considerate. The check-out system is 24 hours. The lady at the front desk even delayed my stay. The breakfast was also good and it was the end time. It's a bit early, and there was no malicious price increase during May Day. I stayed in a round bed room with river view. The scenery is quite beautiful and the area is large. Compared to the Accord, it is very close to the city. Takeaways can be delivered upstairs and smoking is allowed. Come to this hotel in Yanping Don’t miss it!

As a transit rest stop for long-distance self-driving tours, this hotel is very close to the high-speed exit! And at first glance, the facade is very clean and very good! The little brother who served was very enthusiastic, there was no parking space, and he guided us to stop in a wrong place! The room layout is very warm and relatively small. The only thing that can't be accepted is that the bed is too soft, for me, it is really the most tortured night, almost back pain in the morning can't get up! !

Breakfast was good. The location is in the north of Jianyang District, about a 10-minute drive from the bustling business district. The hotel is adjacent to Jianxi River. There are trails and green belts along the river suitable for walking. What I'm not very satisfied with is that the hotel's swimming pool and gym were contracted out. The swimming pool only opened at 12 noon, and I couldn't swim before checking out in the morning.

SSharonWe were delighted to have found and stayed at this property. Minzhushanfang is a very new bed-and-breakfast accommodation with a minimalist, calming, zen-style architecture befitting of the Wuyishan area. The rooms are similarly designed along the same minimalist, zen concept and are true to the property photos published on the booking platform. We deliberately chose an accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of town and so, found the location of Mingzhushanfang excellent. Located directly across from the entrance of the Wuyishan scenic area, it was very convenient accessing the park while being peaceful and tranquil. Do note that with its location being away from town centre, dining options at or near the property aren't many, so having dinner near town, prior to heading back to the hotel at night is strongly recommended.
The room we booked has a peaceful stream view, and looks remotely across towards the Dawangfeng peak. Room and facilities are very clean. While it seems smoking is not prohibited in the rooms, we were very thankful we had no issues whatsoever with residual smoke odour.
The owners of this property, who are also tea growers and manufacturers, were extremely hospitable. We were always welcomed for candid tea tastings and conversation at the lobby area, They even went out of their way to help us when we got abit lost in town! Their breakfast made by their Ah Yi is wholesome and amazing - with a lot of farm-to-table ingredients freshly harvested from their own vegetable patch. I would love to go back to visit Wuyishan again and will not hestiate to stay at Minzhushanfang again.

Staying in this hotel made our visit to the World Heritage Site of Wuyishan so much more fulfilling.
1. The room was very clean, well-designed and well-equipped. There was an array of snacks, fruits and Dahongpao tea. A hearty breakfast was also provided.
2. The service was impeccable. The pleasant, young and energetic household manager provided service as guests have a personal butler.
3. From the roof top, guests get a panoramic view of the Wuyishan mountains.
4. The must-watch Impression Dahongpao is just a short walk away. This hotel is ideally located for visitors who come to Wuyishan to see the show. (In my humble opinion, it would be such a great waste if one visits Wuyishan without watching Impression Dahongpao.) The hotel management team got us the best seats available for the section we selected and at a better price than those offered online.
5. The bus stop where we took the bus to the entrance of the Wuyishan Scenic Area is within walking distance. If one prefers to hail a ride (Didi) there, it costs about 6 yuan. In the opposite direction from the hotel, the tea streets are about the same distance away. If one does not want to go to town to eat, there are also a variety of restaurants and food stalls in the vicinity of Impression Dahongpao.
6. We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and we think we did well in our planning. We wanted to experience the scenic tram ride from Nanping High Speed Rail Station to Wuyishan and by the time we arrived at the hotel, it was in the afternoon. We went up the rooftop to appreciate the view and prep ourselves for the visit to the huge park. Early the next morning, we went to the park after breakfast. We wanted to do the bamboo rafting and visit the 6 ancient Dahongpao trees/shrubs on the first day. Viewing the trees made it more meaningful when we watched Impression Dahongpao on the second evening. On the third day we climbed up to the peak of Wuyishan. Without the pressure of time, the climb was done more safely. The views along the path up and from the top were spectacular. In the late afternoon/evening, we visited the town and walked the tea streets.
7. We got a pleasant gift upon check-out on the fourth day.

QQijiademidoudouThe housekeeper helped us upgrade the room. The room is very large, with a tatami area for making tea and having afternoon tea, and a balcony. The balcony looks out to the back garden of the homestay, a Chongxi Mandao where you can ride a bike, which is very suitable for taking your dog for a stroll!
Facilities: All items in the room are free to use, including tea bags, handmade biscuits, Wuyishan spring water, cola sparkling water, welcome fruits, coffee. I drove all the time and didn't eat at noon. I was full after eating and drinking in the room. Hahaha.
Hygiene: Even people with mysophobia think it is very clean. There is no dust on the tatami, and you can lie down freely. The same is true for bath towels and towels, and the bed quilts.
Environment: There is an underground parking lot for self-driving parking. There are many places to eat nearby, and you can also order takeout. There is a place to walk the dog outside the homestay, and the scenery is also good.
Service: The ladies are all very good. I just hope that if the dog cannot enter the restaurant in the future, I can inform you in advance, and there will be a solution, such as eating breakfast outdoors or delivering breakfast to the room. GGuest UserWe stayed in twin rooms with 1.8 and 1.5 beds, which is very convenient for bringing a half-grown baby and does not affect your rest. As soon as I entered the room, I was overwhelmed by the scenic peaks outside the window. I didn't expect that in order to meet my sleeping needs, I stumbled upon a place with charming scenery and convenient travel. There was a welcome fruit, and all the recommended places to eat were delicious. . It is also very close to the scenic spot. During the break, I had tea and chatted with the proprietress and housekeeper Xiao Xu. I learned that this is a B&B that was renovated from the boss's ancestral house. The whole design is very unique. If I have to say I have any nitpicks, it would be that I was too tired from climbing the mountain and went back to the hotel to take a bath, but there was no bathtub.

Was assigned the ecological twin room which was facing a construction site for the 1st night and the construction works started at 6am in the morning. I requested for a quieter room the next and the staff gave a free upgrade to garden twin room. The resort area is very pretty and theres buggy service to bring you to the reception or breakfast place. Breakfast buffet spread was good with a very nice environment. The hotel also helped us to secure impression da hong pao show tickets at a cheaper price and got us really good seats that was just beside the VIP seating area. The hotel staff was also very thoughtful and prepared a box of tea leaves for us for the inconvenience caused from having to switch room. Will definitely stay here again if i come to wuyi the next time.

AAnja 安雅Lovely resort very out in the green, whilst close to Wuyigong palace, all peaks (Tianyoufeng, Dawangfeng, Shuilian Cave) as well as Duiia Qu for food. You can basically walk everywhere if you have enough time. The room was spacious and clean, the service was excellent, there is also a small travel agency that can take you for tea tasting and seeing how they grow and produce tea in Wuyishan. Breakfast was good, rather Chinese though. Receptionists were lovely and helpful, as well as room service. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.
