AAcedesHaving stayed in so many B&Bs, this one really stood out. The location of the homestay is excellent, and the surrounding scenery is breathtaking. You can see the beautiful scenery of mountains and water just by opening the window. The room facilities are complete, and the use of smart home makes life more convenient. Moreover, the public area of ​​the homestay is decorated in great style. It is very pleasant to drink tea and chat with the owner here while waiting for midnight snack. Next time I come to Wuyi Mountain, this will definitely be my first choice!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located very close to the south entrance of Wuyishan, making it convenient to stroll and eat at the pedestrian street. The hotel service is warm and the place is clean and hygienic. The owner is very kind and upgraded our room for free. He also gave us two small packets of authentic Da Hong Pao tea. The hotel has complete facilities and amenities. The hotel's own back garden is beautiful, and there is a bookstore with a large floor-to-ceiling window facing Da Wang Peak. The sunset view in the evening is absolutely stunning. It was a truly wonderful experience.

GGuest UserCleanliness: Excellent, everything was very clean, and the bathroom smelled fresh. Ambiance: Even if you don't go to tourist sites, staying at the hotel is perfectly sufficient. There are plenty of entertainment options and the scenery is beautiful. Service: They basically granted every request. Staff would proactively ask if we needed a shuttle or anything else when they saw us. The travel photos turned out great, and they even sent fresh, delicious fruit the next day. The breakfast had a wide variety, and the taste was decent. Overall, the hotel was the most satisfying part of our Wuyishan trip. It's definitely worth staying again.

AAnonymous UserWuyishan Guanlan Shuyuan truly understands travelers! The smart toilet and deep soaking tub in the rooms are incredibly thoughtful, and the facilities are excellent. There's a tea set with complimentary Wuyi rock tea, and the King Koil mattress helps you shed all your fatigue. The Song-style courtyard in the common area creates a fairy-tale mist, and the free Hanfu for photoshoots turns out amazing pictures – the butler, Xiaoxiong, is great at taking photos. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a beautiful restaurant, tea room, mahjong/chess room, and a gym. It's very convenient to rent a car upon arrival in Wuyishan and self-drive to explore the area. The hotel is also very close to the scenic area, conveniently located in the Sangu Resort. They offer free parking with complimentary EV charging, and the butler even helps with swiping the card to activate it – so thoughtful! This is a stay you won't forget!

AAnonymous UserWe received a warm welcome from the staff. Check in was straightforward and prompt. The lobby area was spacious and pleasantly furnished. The staff gave us a room upgrade and we had a spacious and well appointed room that made us feel very at home. When we arrived, it was close to lunch time and the staff checked in on us on meal requests, we took the lunch and it was a good spread of local specialties. Breakfast was freshly made and gave us a good impression of how a well prepared local breakfast would be like, also the meal was well balanced with dairy, vegetables etc. The room package also included a afternoon tea in the garden with a water feature, a tea bath and a evening Chinese tea appreciation session where we chatted with the staff. We really enjoyed our stay there.

GGuest UserThe service was excellent. The location is very convenient, close to the attraction's main gate and also near the Impression Dahongpao theater. You can see Dawang Peak from the hotel, and the environment is quite comfortable. The breakfast has a nice local flavor. There's a small kids' play area, which is great for children. The concierge staff provided outstanding service; they responded to an urgent request in the middle of the night within a minute. To have this level of service during the May Day holiday is truly reassuring. Thumbs up to the hotel!

The front desk lady was very warm, attentive, and helpful, answering all my questions and even upgrading my room for free. The room was very spacious, clean, and odorless, and the air conditioning was quiet, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The breakfast was also rich and satisfying! I'll definitely choose Baina Hotel again if I come back to Wuyishan.

Especially the front desk staff, particularly Ms. Wenlian, who was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. The environment is beautiful and peaceful. The location is also very easy to find; just follow the navigation and you'll arrive directly. There's a large outdoor parking lot and an underground garage, which is very convenient. I'll definitely come back again.

Brewing a pot during leisure time helps shed the fatigue of travel and allows for an immersive experience of the local tea culture – it was truly delightful. The staff provided incredibly attentive service. They proactively helped plan my travel itinerary, clearly outlining the order of attractions and transportation methods. They also accurately recommended authentic local restaurants frequented by locals, helping me avoid tourist traps and enjoy delicious, affordable meals, completely solving any dining dilemmas during my trip. The Da Hong Pao tea sold at the hotel is of superior quality. After trying it, I immediately bought some. It's perfect for personal consumption or as a gift, with guaranteed authenticity, so there's no need to bother searching for specialty stores. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The hotel's location is close to both the scenic area and the old street, making getting around very convenient. The entire experience was excellent, with thoughtful service and a rich tea culture atmosphere. This is definitely my top choice for a trip to Wuyishan, and I will stay here again next time. The restaurant manager, Wang Fang, was also exceptionally welcoming. She helped us with getting everything that we needed and took great care of us during our meals. The cook prepared excellent fresh noodles and suggested what ingredients we should try. The people that are working in this hotel were the highlight of our stay. Thank you for the great experience.
