Room was in a difffent building to one pictured on website, no one helped with my bags, building smelt of ****, super thin walls to the point where I could hear someone else snoring. definitely a reason why it’s so cheap.

It is very easy to find. Few metres away from train station. Really good hotel. Although the staff sometimes you have to wait the other is absolutely brilliant

If you have been in Turkiye’s hotels, I strongly suggest don’t compare with them, because if you compare prices and services of hotels in UK, then you should give them 0 point.

The staff were kind and even though we couldn't speak the same language, they treated us kindly! I felt safe even though I was alone.

The service attitude was mediocre. I didn’t bring my charging plug adapter. They didn’t lend it but only sold it. I was only given bread for the breakfast I ordered. After negotiation, I was given British sausages and scrambled eggs. I almost had to pay extra...

The room is nice and the breakfast is delicious. It's very close to the airport. The hotel has a shuttle bus, which is more convenient and the price is more affordable. I will choose this hotel again in the future.

I booked it for my children and stayed at Gatwick Airport for one night before returning home. Because they are under 18 years old, there is no other choice. This is the only hotel near Gatwick Airport that allows children under 18 years old to stay alone (15 years old is enough) Check-in), I received an email from the hotel with instructions two days before check-in. It cost 10 pounds to pick me up from the airport. On the day of check-out, I also spent 10 pounds to have them take them to the airport. The hotel is very small, it is actually two houses, and the children were I was taken to the non-main building and she said the room was like an upgraded dormitory, small but clean. The price is cheap, less than 800, of course not including the transportation fee.
