This is a long-established resort hotel far from the downtown area. The hotel is also very quiet. Although it is old, the hotel facilities are basically maintained. The service staff are also experienced and knowledgeable. The amount of tip will determine the service. The main reason for choosing this hotel is that there are 6 dolphins in the hotel, which the children like very much. Of course, there is also the Hawaiian specialty black leather hello kitty. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is of good quality and there is saxophone accompaniment at dinner time. In general, it is suitable for guests who are not short of money and like quietness.

It must be said that the hotel is very quiet, and it feels completely different from the central area of ​​WKK. It is very suitable for relaxation and vacation. The beach is just outside the hotel, with clear water and fine sand, as well as a hot water swimming pool and thoughtful service with a smile on their faces. It's my favorite hotel!

The hotel was renovating from morning to night, and the noise was so loud that it was like drilling a hole in the head. Then, there was no notice of renovation on various platforms and the hotel's official website, and the notice was posted on an A4 paper in the hotel lobby. I was really convinced. I asked for a quieter room, and the first person only downgraded me to a very bad room, which was still very noisy. In the end, I had no choice but to say that you can check out and go to other hotels... Then the second service staff said that there was a room with a good location, and the noise would be much quieter, but you had to pay $200 a day, which was a 50% discount. In the end, I had no choice but to pay more to change the room, but it was still noisy. It felt like drilling a hole in the head, not drilling a hole next to it. This was really the first time I experienced this kind of hotel, a huge renovation project, and the noise was very loud, just like the sound of redecorating by chiseling the wall! And there was no announcement on the official website and booking platform. What's more interesting is that you have to pay more to change to a quiet room. I was really convinced! I regretted staying here. I should have stayed in Waikiki Beach, without this kind of noise. In short, I was very unhappy!!!

The dolphin swim was nice, but the service was average and not that friendly to Chinese people. The price of ordering food was not low.

It was my first visit in 15 years, and as expected, the service, facilities, location, and amenities were all top-notch, making it an irreplaceable experience. Our room had a golf mountain view, and the night sky was beautiful, and in the morning the view of the beautiful mountains, residential areas, and golf course was very calming. We also enjoyed the Kahala, which has remained unchanged for the past 15 years, with the lagoon with dolphins, the beach almost exclusively used by hotel guests, the beautiful pool, and the jacuzzi. The thin pancakes for breakfast were as delicious as ever, and we also visited Arancino, which had opened on the first floor, and everything we ate was delicious. There was a wide selection of souvenirs, and the staff were all very kind. My wife, who was visiting for the first time, was delighted, saying it was the best hotel in Hawaii, and we will definitely visit again.

The room is nice, the mountain view room is beautiful, I feel that there is a difference in the treatment of Chinese guests and European and American guests. For European and American guests, there is a special person to pull the seat for breakfast, and there is a welcome pendant at check-in, but we don't have it. Everything else is pretty good, I heard that many celebrities and big shots have stayed there.

The environment was quiet and the hospitality was high and it was comfortable. If I had to say one thing, it might be a little inconvenient if you don't have transportation when you go out. The shuttle service also needs to be booked in advance.
