It’s was a very nice experience! I like this hotel so much. The design and vibe of the hotel is very impressive. The service of the front desk was very incredible I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I recently stayed at this hotel located right next to the airport, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The location is ideal for travelers who need quick access to the airport—it couldn’t be more convenient. However, if you're planning to explore other areas of Hong Kong every day, be prepared to take the MTR into the city, which can be a bit of a hassle due to the distance. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but I did have an unfortunate experience at the breakfast restaurant. One of the staff members responded quite rudely when my child asked a simple question. It was surprising and disappointing—especially for a hotel that claims to be five-star.
