It’s was a very nice experience! I like this hotel so much. The design and vibe of the hotel is very impressive. The service of the front desk was very incredible I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I got the best services from AKI in Hong Kong, the room was clean and fresh. Michelle at the reception was friendly and warm welcoming.

Second stay in AKI, everything is good; a little bit far away from the MTR, but we do enjoy the Tatami style room.

Zen vibes in the Japanese modern design. Note that most rooms are quite small in size but looks clean and contemporary.

The room card is very modern, you don’t have to click the floor after putting it on the sensor in the lift!

Very new hotel only open 2 years ago, great views from the gym

The service and design are good, except the hotel does not provide with the taxi reservation service.

Really nice n warm welcoming from staff josie, brandon n iris. They upgraded us to the Tatami suite, with 270 degree view of WanChai, they also offer us breakfast buffet n welcome drinks. The buffet is very generous n the fruits r really fresh, will definitely stay at this hotel again next time visiting hk

hotel is quite new and the location is nice where is near by the MTR. Japanese style which is quite simple but elegant. unfortunately, the room size is small but it is typical issue in HK's hotel . room bed is comfortable but not big enough for 2 , loving restaurant and great service at breakfast , will consider to stay again next time.

It’s not worth the price. The room is poorly designed. It wants to be Japanese but lacks functionality. For this price, you can get a better room in this location. The lighting panel is touch screen but takes a long time to turn on and it keeps switching itself on and off. The room is very humid and bathroom doesn’t feel clean. The tv was also broken. The management seems off, when I went to collect my bags there was no one at the concierge. When I went to the reception, it was very slow check in process and when I got there. She had to call to see where the bellboys were. Overall, a bit confusing.

Hotel customer service is good and interiors are very nice but room is very small. Hard to go around even just for 2 persons. Location wise the MTR is not near too, around 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. Breakfast don’t expect it to be a buffet. Set meal with unli-drinks and bread.
