The location was very good, the beds were comfortable, but the room was very small. Unfortunately, there was no soap for handwashing.

We were greeted very nicely. Alice. Thank you, they even gave us directions to the apartments. Friendly staff. They forgave the lack of change for the deposit. They explained everything clearly. The room is quite spacious for Hong Kong))) Slippers, the shower works fine. No insects or rodents. Relatively clean windows.

I have already stayed in this house twice. Unfortunately, this time the guesthouse that I usually choose was full for May 1-4, and I had to change accommodation. But now I have something to compare with :) This guesthouse has its advantages: good location, you are in the center, 5 minutes to all the interesting places, you don’t have to spend money on transport for the first 5 days. The guesthouse room matches the photo. Everything is exactly as indicated on the website. Cleaning and bed linen change every day, the guesthouse is clean. The owners are in touch, quickly respond on WhatsApp and come to resolve the issue - I asked for scissors, to fix the lights and the Internet. There is a thermos with hot water and a refrigerator in the common area. And there are disadvantages: The owner asks for a deposit for the key 200 hkd in cash. I haven't encountered the deposit system for a long time, it's very inconvenient, you have to pay a commission for withdrawing extra money, and in the morning on the way to the airport you have cash that you have nowhere to put. No regular cold drinking water. The guesthouse in block A is the most crowded block in this building, you can stand in line for the elevator for 15 minutes. And this is the 15th floor, you don't want to go up the stairs every time. There is one WiFi router for everyone. Usually they make a router for each room, but not here. During my stay, the WiFi worked very poorly. The owner could not do anything - he said that the guesthouse was full and there was not enough Internet for everyone. I had to cancel several important work video calls. The SIM card in this part of the building works poorly, those calls that I did not cancel, I made from the corridor next to the elevator, where my SIM card had better reception. The room has poor soundproofing. Since the room was located next to the entrance door and the cleaning lady's workplace, it became noisy in the morning, I had to get up early even if I didn't want to. The room has a window to the courtyard, there are often lights on in other windows, there is no curtain, so the room is quite light with the lights off. You will need to bring a sleep mask and earplugs if you want to sleep here comfortably. They don't give out disposable hygiene kits now, but usually there are dispensers with soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Be prepared that there is nothing in the bathroom here, you need to buy or bring it with you. There are other guesthouses in this building that have the same price and room size, but more amenities, there is a water cooler, curtain, shampoo, a good internet signal, silence and no deposit. Therefore, I will not choose this guesthouse on my next visit.
