A nice hotel with very spacious rooms. We stayed in the family suite with two people, and there was an excess amount of space. Love that they have local coffee for the Nespresso machine that is included in the room.

Hotel is clean and spacious, The location is good.  Friendly staff , I will be back again.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making my stay very enjoyable. What really stood out, however, was the staff—they were efficient and friendly. However, I couldn't figure out how to use the coffee machine. It just wouldn't turn on. The room didn't have a hair dryer or toothbrush, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel was good but there was a 1000 HKD deposit charge on my credit card that was only returned after i emailed the hotel about it, the whole process took 3 weeks. For me it was a bit inconvenient since im used to received deposit upon check out.

The Jervois is more serviced apartment than hotel. Very good sized room as compared to most Hong Kong hotels but there are no facilities. Location is very convenient with the mtr being minutes away. Lots of food and coffeeshops in the neighbourhood.

Large room for the price, some restaurants below. Minimal amenities. Overall good stay.

Very limited service available from a tiny front desk. Phone is never picked up. Minimum flexibility and communication attitude is really bad. We tried calling them to communicate an emergency situation causing us not able to arrive from afternoon and they had been dragging us from afternoon till night and never resolved and demonstrated distrust and refusing communication. Nothing even close to a warm welcoming hotel that we expected. Truly disappointing experience. We would never book this one again and would not recommend.

I checked in on the evening of January 29, 2025 and paid a deposit of HKD 1500 by swiping my card. I have checked out and checked out three days ago, but the deposit has not been refunded yet. If the hotel staff sees this message, please arrange to refund the deposit as soon as possible. Nice, clean, convenient, and spacious (for HK)!

Located about 5 minutes walk from Sheung Wan MRT station, but do note the pathway is bumpy, if you are bringing a L size luggage, please take a cab to arrive at this location. The hotel doesn't really have a lobby but more of a small reception counter where someone will be attending to the guests who are checking in. The walkway to the lift are narrow and I saw luggages placed along the walkway in the 2 nights I stayed there. The 1 bedroom unit that I stayed is good for 2-3 people and well equipped with Malin + Goetz shampoo, shower gel. there's also an iron and ironing board placed in the wardrobe. There's no bottle water provided but there's a water dispenser (for both cold and hot water) as well as Nepresso machine and complimentary Nepresso bullets in the room. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The room doesn't come with breakfast but nearby the hotel, there's plenty to choose from within 1-5 minutes walk (Thai, Vietnamese, cafes, Japanese and even HK noodles ) You can access to Central, and even Escalators easily within 9 minutes walk as well. Room is so clean and thumbs up from me.

Did a staycation and the staff was super helpful, came up and help us set up our HDMI within minutes.
