Location is in between of CWB and TH stations, there is a huge part at the opposite side of the hotel, great location. Guest please be aware of some rooms may have very week wifi coverage, may impact the speed and connectivity of the Wifi services.

I always find it very annoying when hotels do not provide toiletries. I had to go and buy my own toothbrush...

Stayed here for 1 night only before going back to our home country. overall the place is okay — size is what you expect from places in Hong Kong. A bit small but okay to sleep in. The bathroom just needed a bit of fixing cause the water from the shower comes out to the toilet area.

I got the room on 27th floor and the view is so stunning. The room is not that big but enough for 2 people. Nice spot for travel around. Super near to the tram and bus stops. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I was very impressed.

The hotel recently changed its name, so it’s best to mention the previous name for accurate drop-off directions. The stay was generally acceptable, with clean rooms and basic amenities. However, the bathroom is quite small, which might be a bit inconvenient for some. Overall, it’s a decent option with a few quirks to keep in mind.

Everything is fine. Very nice hotel! Just want to inform that it’s not easy to find it. It’s located in City gates outlet building. So first you need to go up on the 3rd floor to reception and then take another elevator to your room. Just follow the signs and you’ll find it

The hotel room was comfortable and perfect for solo business travelers. The location is pretty good, with restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets within walking distance. The MTR is not far either. The hotel is quite modern, the service is excellent, and the rooms are compact but very comfortable. My experience was definitely above my expectations!

I don’t know how this hotel can be rated a 4 star. At best this should only be given a 3 star. I’ve stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in total and the experience is really not great. Mind you this is $100 a night on average. 1) lobby does not smell good and the carpet that welcomes you is literally filled with dust and dirt, if you can’t have it professionally cleaned regularly at least get a new one once every 6 months. 2) the lift was out of order for almost the entire booking period, there is only 2 lifts avail and the service staff uses the same lift to do house keeping, imagine having to fight for the lift in the AM. I empathize with the staff but it takes me around 10 mins every morning to get from 25th floor to ground floor. 3) the air condition on the floor while you’re waiting for the lift does not work, so you’re already sweating balls even before you head out. This is unacceptable. 4) they charge you 5HKD for water!! This is a 4 star hotel and they don’t provide you water in your room?! 5) the lobby is in a mess and boxes of documents laying everywhere 6) they only provide you with 2 disposable toothbrush in the morning and come to clean your room once a day, if you miss the AM timing they won’t clean your room twice, what a pressure to wake up innit? You’ll be better off taking your monies to any nearby hotels and I’m sure it’ll be better than this one.

This is a super small hotel room. The bathroom is super small. And they have no fridge in the room.

The rooms as tiny, It's located across the street from Central Library and Victoria Park at the side skirts of Causeway Bay. Easily accessible by bus, tram and MTR.

The hotel staff are very welcoming, attentive and helpful for the most part. The hotel is average, the size of the room/ bathroom is extremely small. I stayed one night, the views were the best part of the hotel. Although I’m grateful, I would keep looking if you plan on staying longer for comfortable stay. I did have an incident where my taxi to Central Pier 9 cost $63 HKD and coming back my taxi changed the meter and charged me $183 HKD returning to my hotel, within the same distance. There was a language barrier so I asked to taxi driver to come to the lobby for better translation. There was a big difference in pricing and I felt taken advantage of. The ladies at the desk weren’t comprehensive and insisted it was another location.  Overall, for one night as an African American woman traveling solo for business it was fine.

Good location

Room is small. Bathroom is small and tight (not ideal for a big person). A decent hotel overall

Cleanliness & Maintenance should be of utmost importance for this hotel (Max.2-3 Stars). Compared to the recent visit to Rosedale nearby, I got 27th Floor Victoria Park+Sea View, I can only get a 5th Floor Building View (much Smaller Room, less Tidy Facilities). Rosedale offers a much better Cost-Benefit Ratio, I think Metaplace should be priced at the max. $300-$350 only!
