It was the worst.
They didn't even let me stay there, but they scammed me out of my money.
The customer support also insisted that they couldn't give me a refund. I've booked hotels on a number of different sites in the past and have had a lot of issues, but I can't accept that they wouldn't give me a refund after this.
They treated me so badly, I guess it's their rule that customer support shouldn't give me a refund.
We couldn't stay outside in the middle of the night, so my family and I were wandering around aimlessly.
We stayed at a 4-star hotel afterwards, but I was really stupid for making the wrong reservation.
