What a great clean hotel! The staff also spoke English which was very nice! The staff there was extremely accommodating and very kid friendly. Everything was provided for our little traveler from a bath tub, crib, and even toiletries. I would say the only down side is the gym was small but I guess that’s par for the course in Hong Kong. The bed was very very comfortable. Our baby loved it as you can see from the picture. Great hotel. Great service. And better value.

The room is quite spacious. Location wise, it’s also kind of central - about 15 mins to causeway shopping area. Appreciate the effort on sustainability and reducing the use of plastics. However, the aircon is hard to control - the fan is really strong although switched to the lowest speed, which is still very loud. Overall, I had a good experience staying here.

the good thing about this hotel is that there is a feeder bus directly from Hong Kong Station and daily shuttle to Causeway Bay. the con is that if I am hungry at night, there are no nearby food outlets. Very clean room

Dirty hotel. Needs updating. Location is not too bad, but far from the metro station.

The room is spacious enough although sound insulation isn’t the best, bed was comfortable. My one complaint is we did find a cockroach crawling up the wall in the middle of the night by the bed, we did not consume any foods inside the room other than a coffee the next morning do cleanliness is questionable.

The room was clean, service was very good, staff was very friendly and concierge helped a lot with luggage. Hotel is a little old, but everything is in good condition. Shuttle bus was a great bonus.

I asked for a nice view, this is what i got. (A view from cemetery) The sink clogged, room was small. Pillows are stinks.

Booked a quadruple room for a family of four and I would say it’s value for money for the amount we paid, which included a nice breakfast. Location is convenient, helped by the regular free shuttle buses which go to either Hong Kong station or to Causeway Bay. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean with the daily housekeeping. Breakfast is really busy during peak hours but the staff are extremely patient and friendly to ensure all guests have an enjoyable meal. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends or even to fellow Singaporeans, because we love good vale hotel deals!

he Grand Oasis Hotel exceeded expectations for a memorable stay. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking city views. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The pool and spa facilities were a relaxing highlight, perfect for unwinding. The breakfast buffet, while decent, could use more variety to match the hotel’s high standards. Its prime location made exploring nearby attractions a breeze. Free Wi-Fi was reliable, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. I’d happily return for another delightful experience! Highly recommended.
