It was almost midnight when we arrived at the store. We wrote the wrong name when placing the order. Ctrip quickly communicated with the hotel. The first waiter was not patient enough, but later a tall male waiter quickly helped to solve the problem and chose a room with a sea view. The room was clean and hygienic, the location and cost performance were very high, the details were in place, there were conversion plugs and charging equipment, it was great!

The room is on the smaller size - a little be hard to move around if you have a few luggages.
Location is great to all transportation (MTR, buses and trams). Eateries are only a short walk away and close to shops and Causeway Bay.
