Rosedale Hotel Hong Kong Reviews

Have stayed in this hotel multiple times. Always choose the executive room type of very high floors for much better views. East-facing rooms on the high floor have a harbour view. The hotel has 3 lifts serving guestrooms from level 6 to level 33. Be patient when waiting for a lift in the morning before 10am.

Very nice hotel with good amenities and decent gym room. The buffet breakfast is wonderful as well - included with our booking. The Trams and bus stop are right next to the hotel too but the nearest train station is Causeway Bay which is a ten minute walk.

We stayed for 4 nights,i booked 2 rooms for me and my sister. Location is good.near to bus stop and tram,10mins walk to causeway bay mtr. Hotel is clean.everyday has housekeeping service. Breakfast was average, everyday the same. But over all,we had comfortable stay.

Hotel at strategic location; walking distance to causeway bay mtr, fast food outlet, convenient stores, tram stop.

I recently stayed at the Rosedale Hotel in Hong Kong for two nights and found it to be a pleasant experience. The rooms are cozy and sufficient for a short stay. The bedding was clean, and the overall ambiance was comfortable. One of the standout features is its location. It’s approximately a 10 minute walk from the MTR Station, making it easy to navigate the city. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance to the Hong Kong Stadium, which was convenient for attending events.  The area around the hotel is convenient, with two 7-Eleven stores nearby. There are also several restaurants in close proximity, offering a variety of dining options.

Once if you take the chance to walk around its neighborhood then you will find It has very easy access to Victoria Park , Pattersons Street, Sogo department store - all within 10 minutes walk. Room size is acceptable for HK standard: adequate space to place/store your belongings! Higher level had much lovely views of city views ! Only complaint is the elevator is bit slow and the going down direction escalator was out of the order during our 5 days stay.

Very near to causeway bay mrt ! there are lots to shop around and local delights. Hotel staff are also very helpful and friendly

Really good, only the air conditioner makes a lot of noise.

Everything's good... Location is in Causeway Bay area... Many stores..shops..restaurants.. Room is not big but enough and clean.

Clean , good location,have restaurants and shops around here. Convenient for traveling to various places.So easy to go , to eat and to do somethings. 🙂

Great staffs, convenient location close to heart of hk island

Fine hotel located a bit away from everything. To reach it you have to take a footbridge which is a bit annoying.

The facilities are old but as I expected after read others' comments before reservation. However, its cleanliness and friendly efficient staff are better than I expected. I picked this hotel also because it has a bathtub which I preferred for a hot footbath after long workdays. The soundproof was not perfect but acceptable. You'll need to spare time for waiting lifts, especially during 8-10 a.m.

My wife and I traveled to Hong Kong on April 23, 2025 and stayed at the Rosedale Hotel for 2 days. The hotel is very conveniently located, nice breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff , reasonable prices! We enjoyed the staying very much.
