酒店服務很贊， 可能是查到自己以前有入住訊息，這次我的國際航班凌晨5點就到機場，很早就到達酒店，本來想先放行李，沒有想到前台辦理入住時，不僅熱情送我小禮物，還告訴我房間已經為我準備好！真是意外驚喜！入住的海景房寬敞明亮，海景和摩天輪視野很好。於是不緊急外出的早上叫一份早午餐到房間，在窗前陽台享用，是絕好的體驗。這次入住還發現酒店房間門口有一個valet hole， 可以把要洗的衣服放在這裏，以及叫的外賣由酒店禮賓靜悄悄放在這裏，這樣就不用敲門打擾。入住5天，每天開床服務都有小禮物，很温馨。期盼旁邊的置地文華明年能裝修完畢，非常願意第一時間去打卡體驗。

房間成設很用心，老品牌的厚重感，位置十分便利。25樓的文華中餐廳很贊，很好吃，服務一流。 但是有一些瑕疵：1、房間的飲料是收費的，找不到價格以為免費，問了前台才知道；2、床單上有污漬（不知道是巧克力還是什麼，離店前才發現，因為被子蓋着沒看到）3、牙具、梳子十分不好用，尤其是梳子很粗陋 ；4、樓下是中環主街道，週日菲傭聚會日，早餐7點多就有音樂，吵的無法休息，會持續一天。
