入住時酒店給小朋友準備了愛心畫本，女兒很喜歡！還加了一個小床，很貼心！老牌酒店的服務真的沒話説，其實我一直覺得酒店的競爭力不在於硬件的新潮或者多麼高科技，反而是酒店的每一位員工體現出來的精神面貌，酒店標誌性的品牌氣味這些軟實力才更有魅力！清潔阿姨每天看到我們也會主動打招呼，當然我們也會簡單問候幾句。另外酒店位置很方便，無論去什麼景點！ 酒店的早餐和下午茶景色無敵，這才是真正的chill。 下次帶父母來還是一定會選擇香格里拉！

香港老牌酒店，服務質量一流，地理位置非常優越，地鐵口出來兩百米就到酒店，步行可以到星光大道

酒店作為老牌五星級，在入住的酒店服務人員都很好。但是一樓的西班牙餐廳我自我受到了區別對待（説粵語的客人有七八個在室外喝酒，但不顧我的溝通） ，不屑和我溝通的歧視（面對我的溝通直接甩臉走人， 作為服務行業至少要禮貌拒絕我的請求） 我個人感覺和我説普通話有相關性（不一定客觀，但是事實感受），吃了bie的感覺，無處伸冤都。
個人不建議內地客人入住！
