第一天上午12點左右就到前台辦理入住了，耗時可以説是我辦理入住最久的一次，除了排隊還等了10分鐘，然後被告知要下午三點才能入住，可以直接到櫃枱來拿房卡，之後我們把行李寄存在酒店出去逛了一圈，到了下午4點半，在櫃枱要重新出示通行證，並且又等了7、8分鐘左右才拿到房卡，前台的工作人員竟然和我説房間還需要確認一下才能給我房卡（可見完全沒有為客人準備好房間，不理解我們早上辦入住辦了個啥），行李也沒有提前送到房間，到房間還等了20分鐘才拿到行李。又過了10幾分鐘竟然有人敲門問我用不用打掃房間收拾屋子，我就想問問你們酒店的服務人員是完全不溝通嗎？一點準備工作和服務都做不好。
這還沒完，第二天早上吃早飯的時候我去中餐區想要一碗米線，一開始用中文溝通，那個男廚師完全不搭理我，就好像沒聽到一樣看着我，我以為他聽不懂中文，用英語點了餐，結果就在我打調料的時候，回頭就聽到一位女士用中文和他在説話和點餐。打掃房間的人員有些也完全不能用中文溝通，是外國面孔，衹能英語交流。很難想象在中國香港2500塊一晚的老牌酒店招的都是些不入流，專業能力約等於零，素質教育低下的員工，簡直令人作嘔。
ps：房間的服務電話完全打不通，每一個按鈕都試過。不想服務可以不服務

豪華閣禮遇:去21樓辦入住，等待的時候可以去閣樓喝下午茶，早餐可以有兩個選擇。
衞生：酒店衞生蠻好的，雖然很老了，但是也沒有味道
