第一次來這裡，服務人員都很有禮貌。天台泳池的打卡位一流，有很多白色的小船當背景，非常特別。而且早餐好豐富喔！都是我喜歡的。唯獨就是附近沒什麼配套跟設施，連間餐廳都幾乎沒有，最快都要回到西貢市中心，實在是不太方便。另外值得一提的是，那個搞衛生的人實在太差勁；我一進房間，就看見地下有他人的頭髮和餅乾碎，超級誇張的；而且放在床底下的地毯髒到不行，有點嘔心；還有那些衣櫃和桌面全都是塵，以這個$1700左右的價位來說，清潔屬於完全不合格的級別。

房內有焗爐，但微波爐應該實際啲。房內可以直望碼頭，天台有1.1米深游泳池，好彩雷暴4點完，可以游到兩個鐘

架車方便，平日白沙灣公眾碼頭有充足錶位，碼頭有街渡往附近隱蔽泳灘，設施齊備，非常好玩。酒店天台觀景也美，而且小朋友最愛天台泳池，不亦樂乎。浴室花灑水壓非常足夠，游水過後可享舒適熱水花灑浴，英式早餐也夠味美。
