The room was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly so I will book afain in the future.

Actually, the room is big in HK, very convenient downstairs also have the bus stop

This is my third visit to this hotel. The first impression is neat. Sadly, there is a food container on the table frame. The staff is kind and willing to assist. There are no toothbrushes, toothpastes, or shampoos in the room. Those packages require an additional fee to purchase. Unfortunately, I have trouble sleeping because a couple who live next to my room talk all night long, and the wall was not very soundproof.

The room is spacious in Hong Kong standard. The design is different than the regular hotel. The room design is ok to me because I only stay for 1 night. I might not stay in this hotel if I stay longer. I like the most in this hotel is the shower. It is very strong and it’s the way I like it.

Very nice room, has smart TV with Netflix, great for watching shows. Annoying that they now charge for shampoo, toothbrush and other toiletries without notifying us in advance.

Noise from the other room at 4am - very loud and disturbing- unable to sleep. Complained to the receptionist, they did come up to see and then called the room. They were quiet for a few min and then continued even louder.  Our complaints made no difference whatsoever and therefore we checked out right away! The noise was really unbearable.  Although the staff was helpful but did not resolve the issue could’ve given us another room but no, there’s no other room.  I understand the building was converted from a commercial property into a hotel, but the room walls are too thin.  The feel and the vibe of the hotel is amazing, but again unfortunate that it was too noisy

not bad, quite good wish they can provide more stuffs but overall is good

The hotel is really nice consider its price. It’s is good for short trip where you can take good rest in the nice and tidy room

Location is very inconvenient even for local people, minimum walking distance 10 minutes to have food or cafe or subway station. Hotel just good for providing low cost hotel accommodation, that's all.

Because no other option, therefore I booked this hotel. Don't have expectation ...

I can't believe trip.com say this is a 4 star hotel. If by my comments that can't say is a hotel, worst than a motel, when I get in I think I back to 40 years ago and not only the decoration 40 years old. You can image a 40 years old film they go to hotel is exactly the same happen again.

Location not good, in industrial district 10-15 mins on foot away from nearest metro station. This hotel is converted from an industrial building, decor funky and interesting. My room has no windows, rather dark and I found some noise somehow from upper floor. Anyway not a pleasant feeling and cozy stay. Cleanliness ok.
