酒店前台包括房間服務都非常滿意
酒店大堂的餐吧服務態度極差 扔了三本菜單之後就走了 一直在我們面前走來走去但就是不過來點餐去服務外國人 順便路過我們桌還白眼我們好幾次 我就一直不去喊她過來她過了很久自己走過來了 一個會説普通話的扎馬尾辮的服務員女的 各種優越感 給我們體驗感非常差 坐下的時候沒告訴我們桌子被預約了 5.55分左右來趕我們走 要了一杯水還給我們一大瓶收費的水 總之大家來住酒店可以 大堂餐吧千萬別去受服務員的氣

酒店服務非常好，地理位置在山頂纜車旁邊非常近，但在半坡上，如果坐地鐵去酒店是上坡，建議打車去更方便

酒店位置很好，就在中環，在東鐵線的尾站，從羅湖過來不用轉線，從金鐘站到酒店有長廊，算比較方便。前台服務熱情。房間大，裏面環境很不錯，衹是窗外風景比起其他酒店的海景就稍稍遜色。週年沒有方便的十多，晚上想買點啤酒零食就不是很方便。
