Basically an expensive closet, in poor conditions and with no service. Also difficult to find, as it’s on a secondary road and it’s not mentioned when you book. Owner/manager not present and doesn’t even bother to answer to WhatsApp text. Make a favour to yourself, just skip this hotel and HK in general, because for those price doesn’t worth to get a visit.

The hotel is pretty easy to find. Just follow the Google map’s directions. Room was cozy, pretty clean. There was no window but it’s ok for a short stay and it was mention in the description.

we were scammed, address was not the same on the site , we came to the place even though it was of worst condition we came but the receptionist cannot speak english , we were not ableto enter our room because it cannot be opened and when we aaked for help, no help was given unt we decided to leave and inagine it's past midnight worst experience because everything is worst , I would suggest trip.com would look into the conditions of the hotels on your site and see it if the application of this accommodation is legit no one should ever book this place ever

The location is great. The host communicated through the app and in WhatsApp. The instructions were clear. The room was small but cozy. The security downstairs was very polite. Neighbors did not bother. Everything was safe. Recommend to stay if you are not afraid of small rooms.

Friends stayed, said good location clean, introduced me to stay. I booked a room on Ctrip, saw a review that this like the door scary like **, were stifled, but see a friend, introduced to try. I contacted the WeChat host one day in advance to get the check-in information. Full password self-check-in is very convenient. I booked a single room, unexpectedly the host upgraded me to a queen room, unlike other guest rooms I had stayed in before, the hostel has a long table in the corridor with a 3M brand water filter for guests to drink, It can instantly come out to 25-100 degrees of warm water without having to boil it yourself, which feels very hygienic. There is also a small refrigerator under the table that can be used, but it is shared. By the way, the door of the inn, bright and normal, not as scary as the previous reviews said, will come to stay next time.

The house price is quite clean and hygienic, and the sound insulation is good. Password check-in is very convenient. The location is really convenient. Temple Street, Australian Milk, and motorcycle buses are just a short walk away. It is highly recommended for backpackers.

We stayed for 3 days. Everything was great, most importantly clean! We are very glad that we chose this hostel. I recommend it!

Overall it’s okay, because the price is very cheap in this place where every inch of land is valuable and we can’t ask for too much. The whole process needs to be done by yourself, and you can only communicate with customer service through WeChat. Usually, even if you ask in the morning, they may not reply in the evening.

First and foremost, the room is clean and tidy, the privacy is very good, and the living experience is great! It is also close to the city center, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

I gave a bad review to the Hong Kong Park Hotel, which is located on the fourth floor of Park Building, 322-326 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Ctrip indicated that this hotel has no front desk. According to the procedure, the hotel should send the door and room door password to the guests by text message before the guests check in. The stipulated check-in time is 3 pm, and I waited until nearly 4 pm but did not receive a text message. I found the fourth floor of Park Building, the door was locked, and no one opened the door when I knocked. There was a customer service contact WeChat on the door, so I sent a WeChat invitation, but no one responded. I had to wait at the door, and after about half an hour, the hotel cleaner came to work and let me in. Until this time, the hotel customer service WeChat still ignored me. After entering the room, I thought everything would be fine, but who knew that the trouble had just begun. At 7:50 pm, I wanted to turn on the air conditioner, but found that the air conditioner did not work. I sent a message to the customer service WeChat again, but there was no reply again. The most terrible climax came. Because of the fatigue of the journey, I fell asleep at about 9 pm. While I was sleeping, the door of my room was opened by someone in a very rough way. A man came in and said loudly, "Oh, someone is staying here." Then, he didn't answer my surprised question and slammed the door and left. I was so sleepy that I didn't have the energy to figure out what happened. Then around 2 a.m., I heard something crawling on the ceiling, and I highly suspected it was a rat. This is my experience at the Park Hotel in Hong Kong. Not a single lie, not an exaggeration.
