I had the pleasure of staying one day at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel, and I must say—it was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and professional. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, making it super convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and harbor views. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt luxurious yet welcoming. Breakfast had a great variety, and the dining area was elegant and relaxing. Whether you’re in Hong Kong for business or leisure, Marco Polo is definitely a hotel I’d recommend and return to.

Location excellent. Customer service very nice. Housekeeping also good. If carry big luggage have to walk up few staircase from shopping mall entrance. The room is big. 2 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Everything is so perfect.

Location is excellent. Hotel is right in Harbour City. You can find everything there. From Café de Coral and MacDonald to fine dining and everything in between. It has 711 and CitySuper supermarket. All your luxury brands including LV, Prada etc. MTR station is within 5 minutes walk. Hotel is very clean and well kept. Housekeeping service is excellent. They respond to any service request immediately. We will definitely stay in the same hotel when we return to Hong Kong next time
