"This room is very new, clean and well equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the Japanese breakfast a lot (with extra 1000 Yen). Everything has exceeded my expectations except there is no lift. Just a little inconvenience to move my baggage to 2nd floor. I certainly would recommend this to others."

"It seems that there was some misunderstanding in the booking as we booked for Main Building Standard Garden View Semi Western-Style Room but hotel was told that we booked for Standard futon room. I explained that both my companions are able to sleep on the floor, the staff thus made some arrangements and provided us a room with 3 beds. We loved the delicious dinner and onsen, not forgetting many helpful and friendly staff."
