Our Four-Bedroom Penthouse at Villas de Cortez is 10,000 square foot total. Located in Los Barriles, next door to Hotel Palmas de Cortez. Just one hour north of the Los Cabos airport.The master suite with its king size bed and luxurious bathroom.The 3 guest suites have 2 queen beds and a full bathroom in each suite. The open floor plan combines the living room, dining room, kitchen and bar area which make this an entertainer's dream. The kitchen comes well equipped and has a large refrigerator and a separate freezer, large chefs oven and stove top, wine fridge, dishwasher and all the cooking utensils needed to prepare your own meals if needed. Let's not forget about the spectacular views that are visible from every room, including the two private patio areas that come with their own private jacuzzi tub, lounge chairs and barbecue area. This is a magnificent one bedroom condo with two beautiful bathrooms, both with large walk in showers, right on the Sea of Cortez at the Villas De Cortez in the Van Wormer Resorts. Walk out your sliding glass door and you are steps to the pool. Then down a few steps to the Sea of Cortez. First floor units are a big plus in this building, since you do not have to use stairs or elevator to access pool area.Location of this building is in a perfect location, since you can WALK to the Heart of Los Barriles in minutes. Two grocery stores are very close as well as many great, inexpensive restaurants. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATIONThere are two queen sized beds in the bedroom, and a sofa in the living room plus an airbed. So the unit can sleep 6 comfortably, if 2 in each queen. This condo is in the Villas de Cortez Unit #1105. This is a well wonderful price for this unit. This unit rents from the Management company for $320 to $380 per night or more.. Our rates are based from $250 per night, which can vary for high and low seasons, plus a modest cleanup fee at departure (around $75 US). Los Barriles is a quiet village with many good casual inexpensive restaurants, and affordable shops. A great place for a couples get a way or a family vacation on the ocean in luxury. Casa de Vista - One bedroom/two bathroom Villa on the water located on the fourth floor #1404 with magnificent views of the beautiful Sea of Cortez! You can see beautiful sunrises or moonrise’s right from your balcony. It has Satellite TV in the living room and in the bedroom, there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for guests. Has a very nice restaurant/bar and pool below. The beautiful town of Los Barriles has a lot of authentic Mexican restaurants, a few sushi restaurants, pizza places, and many other type of restaurants. Has many places to go shopping, swimming, snorkeling, bike riding, and hiking. Kite surfing is very popular in the winter, you can go fishing in the morning and go kite surfing in the afternoon.
