"I got lost at the hotel entrance, but managed to find it! Rather than a hotel, it felt more like an apartment where people lived. The room was clean and had a microwave and kitchen, so it was too good to stay in for just one night! I was able to get the shower to work right away, and bath towels and shampoo were provided, so it was great! The only thing that was a bit difficult was finding the electrical outlet.💦 Other than that, I'm very satisfied!"

We experienced a very unfortunate travel delay which landed us in Incheon, South Korea for three nights. As we scrambled to read hotel reviews and check availability, DK Hotel was recommend by the baggage agent. The hotel was warm, inviting, clean, quiet and the room had many delightful amenities including an air purifier, microwave, mini refrigerator, bidet toilet and plenty of fantastic misc travel samples from Korean skin care to amenities for couples. However, the unexpected kindness and extraordinary hospitality shown by the Hotel Manager, Mr. Han, touched our hearts so deeply, it’s made an everlasting impact. Over three days, he intuitively gifted cup of noodles as a gesture one morning after seeing we were too tired to make it out for food, partly due to it being 29 degrees and we were packed for 90 and humid weather! He lent me a down jacket and recommended wonderful restaurants to visit in the area. One of the best meals we had on our travels through Vietnam and Cambodia. Kindly held our bags and printed a travel document prior to our departure. He has made friends and customers for life and it changed what was an extremely stressful situation in to something kind and incredible. If you are going to Incheon, I highly recommend this hotel, and please say hello to my new friend, Mr. Han. 😇

AAnonymous UserI used it for a concert. They can help you in Japanese, and even if it's early in the morning, they'll even take you to the airport. The room is cute and I'm satisfied ^^ However, I'm a little sensitive to noise, so even if I'm talking in a normal tone at night, I'll still get a call asking me to be quiet lol. It's a lack of consideration on my part, but I felt it was a little harsh. Other than that, it's one of the nicest guesthouses I've ever stayed at. I will stay again if I have a chance ^^

GGuest UserThe room was very clean. I was a little uncomfortable without sheets, but it didn't affect me. Overall, it was good. The landlord and his wife were very nice. We booked an airport shuttle early in the morning and it was very punctual. The surrounding area was also very convenient, with restaurants and convenience stores. Google Maps didn't seem to work well here.

GGuest UserI thought I booked a hostel with dormitories, but it turned out to be a single room. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and hygienic. The hot water was available 24 hours a day. It was great. I arrived too early and had to wait until 3pm to check in. I smoked for an hour outside. The surrounding area was much quieter than Seoul. There was not much business, but there were still convenience stores and not many restaurants. It's a 10-minute walk to Unseo Subway Station. Remember to take Exit 2. The lady boss can communicate in Korean English. The included breakfast was also good. I will consider coming here next time I transit. The price is very cost-effective. I am satisfied🈵

GGuest UserThe room was great! I was traveling for a meet-and-greet with Nong Dream, and the room was spacious and affordable, with a very convenient en-suite bathroom. The common lounge area outside the rooms also had cooking facilities available. It's about a 10-minute walk from Unseo Station, with a slight uphill section, but it wasn't a problem at all. I absolutely loved it! 💕

The apartment is clean and has fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is neatly but a bit small for European expectations.

TTheMachineOn arrival day, our flight into ICN airport was delayed. After we landed at around 23:00, I called the phone number in the listing to notify the host that we will be arriving late. The host picked up the phone right away, and although the phone signal was bad and there was a little bit of communication issue with English, eventually we got the message through. We ended up in a long line at immigration clearance, and after the taxi ride, we arrived at the property after 00:30. When we got there, the host was outside waiting for us, quickly checked my passport and then helped us get our 3 suitcases, 4 backpacks, and a stroller into our unit. We stayed one night and checked out the next day. As we were leaving at 11:00 (check-out time), the staff were already cleaning the other rooms and the common area. On our way out, the host asked us where we were going, and then gave us a ride to Unseo subway station for free. I have never experienced a more hospitable host than DreamTrip Guesthouse. The service was beyond awesome. Keep in mind that the property is more akin to a private dormitory with private restroom and shower, and a communal kitchen and dining area. The room is fairly small, with the beds taking us most of the space, but it is enough for a night of sleep. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use any of the communal facilities. Also, as we found other while leaving, the host seemed to be much more fluent in Mandarin than English. It would be helpful if languages spoken were advertised in this listing.

Very detailed instructions given via WhatsApp. Spacious and functional room with electric blankets to warm the beds... Very toasty and a pleasant surprise. Provided all shower amenities and toothbrushes. Has a kitchenette but no cutlery or plates. Very pleasant stay.

GGuest User1 Star for Navigation and Check-in — Be Prepared If Arriving Late at Night I arrived in Seoul around 1 AM and spent almost the entire night trying to find how to actually get into this hotel. It was extremely frustrating and stressful, especially after a long flight. First of all, the walking directions from Google Maps were completely useless. I tried to follow the path on foot, but it led me nowhere, and there was no sidewalk in some areas. I also couldn’t figure out how to catch the shuttle from the 3rd floor of the terminal — I ended up walking a dangerous road alone in the middle of the night. Even when I finally found the building, there were no signs or clear entrance markings for the hotel. No one around spoke English, and the late hour made everything worse. The WhatsApp response from the hotel was delayed, so I had to figure it all out on my own. Important tip: you MUST contact the hotel in advance to get check-in instructions — it’s a contactless self-check-in process, and nothing will make sense if you’re trying to figure it out on the spot at night. In the room: • Very spacious and clean • Clean towels and bedsheets • Heated blanket on the bed (which was a lifesaver) – Room temperature was fixed at 21°C and couldn’t be changed Overall, the room itself was very comfortable and well-kept, but the logistics of getting in — especially late at night — were absolutely awful. I strongly suggest the hotel provides a clear video or visual map to help future guests find the way more easily.
