MM452668****This B&B is in an excellent location. It costs about 1,300 yen to take a taxi from Kintetsu Nara Station. You can directly reach the foot of Mt. Wakakusa. Just go down a few steps and you will find this B&B...
Facilities: The shared toilets and bathrooms are really clean...the bathrooms have sufficient water pressure, a bit similar to the bathrooms in RVs
Environment: If there is any shortcoming, it is because the room is a bit old, so there will be a bit of musty smell when you come in, and the floor will creak a bit when you step on it. The rest is very good, the location is perfect, you can see deer outside the window, and you can go out early in the morning. You can go to Wakakusa Mountain, the deer are still sleeping
Service: The front desk speaks English very well and can communicate easily. They will also give you a map and explain how to play. The attitude is very good and the service is very considerate!
All in all, it’s really good🥺I like Nara very much, it’s a very worthwhile trip!

YYinnannvThe Japanese-style room of the hotel is just a tatami, which can accommodate up to four people. It comes with a small bathroom with old equipment, but the hygiene is acceptable. This is the only time I didn't flush the toilet seat during my 12-day trip to Japan. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night. And it is right in the scenic area, the location is very convenient, down the slope behind the famous restaurant Kikusui-ro, and adjacent to Sarusawa. Kintetsu Station and Kintetsu Station Commercial Street are only a few steps away. The first time I went to Nara, I stayed at JR Nara Station, which is a little far from Nara Park. This time I chose Kintetsu Nara Station on purpose. Next time I come to Nara, I guess I won't choose to stay there, I will stay in Osaka or Kyoto.

00oyIt is a self-check-in hotel, but the hotel forgot to send the door and room code via email. When I arrived, it was a bit chaotic. My phone was not roaming, so I couldn't make calls. Fortunately, a neighbor of the hotel called to ask for the code. The Japanese people are very kind. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. There are a few bathrooms. There is one room per floor, mixed gender. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and clean. There is tea, coffee, and kitchen equipment. If I have a chance, I will stay again.

GGuest UserThe toilet and bathroom were very clean and put to the face washing and moisturizing liquid.
The meal was only breakfast, but all the dishes were delicious, and it was the best to eat exquisitely fluffy * which was not called scrambled eggs or plain omelettes with bacon.
I thought it would be good to stay at this price during the busy period, but I thought that it would be repeated at any timing. I'm glad that I can stay for a longer time next time.

MM379358****The landlord is a Chinese girl, so it is rare to have someone to communicate with directly in a foreign country, which is very helpful.
The room is not big, but the bed is very comfortable. It also has electric oil mattress and electric mattress, which is enough for a good sleep.
The shower, toilet and kitchen were all clean and suitable for my use.
The location is not at Nara Park, but closer to Toshodaiji Temple and Heiseigu Shrine. There is a business supermarket not far away.
The most surprising thing is that the owner has a car for rent, which greatly speeds up my journey and perfectly expands the scope of my travel. Thumbs up!

LLindsayIt’s a really lovely old Japanese house, but it’s really not been made over into a guest house at all.
1. There are pictures of a bath. It is not in the hotel it is just a separate public bath you have to pay for…
2. They charge for everything including “renting” towels and yukata
3. No noise blocking at all and kids are allowed. It sounds like they are in your room
4. Contactless check in doesn’t feel very safe

GGuest UserFirst of all, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the attitude is amiable! Tell the precautions, the hotel is clean and hygienic, and the quilt is covered by yourself. The bathroom in the bath is particularly clean. Every guest is very conscious. Try to control yourself and not disturb others. It is really great!
