GGuest UserThe night view was wonderful because it was on a hill. There was a feeling of cleanliness and amenities were substantial, so I was able to spend a comfortable time. Unfortunately, the weather was not good, so I couldn't use the outdoor facilities, but if the weather was nice, I could enjoy beer and meals while watching the night view on the terrace.

OOtterbox_12I loved everything about the guest house. Our own lockers and storage were perfect, the living room was so homey it felt like a living room. People were nice and spoke Japanese as well as English. I came to japan looking for a full, immersive experience and this was the perfect place. Fun location next to markets, bars, food, close to Kokura castle and the river walk. To me, it’s a better way to experience japan instead of a hostel where everyone only speaks English, and you might forget you’re traveling in another country. I loved it, for me it was home.
