But what happened later made my experience very bad, so the service was rated 2.5 stars. These 2.5 stars are for the girl at the front desk who enthusiastically helped with the luggage. Because I was with a small child, the hotel had no fence, and there was no mark on the room on the platform that beds could not be put together, so I put the bed together by myself. The boss lady saw it and said that we can't put beds together here, and you have to restore them to their original state tomorrow. This is really the first time I have encountered it, which is incredible. I saw that the hotel attracted customers by erecting billboards on the road. In fact, doing a good job in service and the reputation of every guest on the platform is the best advertisement.

很好很好的一個老闆，我開始訂房也是重小紅書上看別人推薦説人很好訂的房，自己真實感受到才覺得真的好好哦早上6點多退了房，到了下午2點多才發現包忘記在酒店了，裏面有我們一家人身份證和幾千塊現金。急的我馬上打電話給丁姐，她馬上去房間幫我找到並且給我視頻讓我不急不用回去拿，她們晚點要到張掖幫我帶過來。我心一下實了，真的太感謝姐姐了。民宿就在馬蹄寺門口，性價比很高，主要老闆大氣，仗義

民宿很贊！老闆也很nice，入住當天送了一串當地的黑珍珠無籽葡萄，很好吃。附近有餐廳可以點餐，由於到的有點晚了，衹有粉湯可以吃。早餐是簡單的雞蛋、小米粥、饅頭和小菜。民宿離巴爾斯雪山遊客中心走了幾百米，老闆幫忙打了招呼，買到了優惠的門票。山頂偶遇老闆，還幫忙用他自己的無人機幫忙我們一家三口錄製了雪山大片。非常感謝！
