Absolutely stunning condo that is ocean & pool front. Mid-island location, quiet, yet close to everything but you won't even need to leave once you arrive!New pools opened in 2022 (one is heated).This condo has it all! The only complex directly on the beach with two pools, a restaurant and bar on-site. This unit has views of everything from your balcony. It is located mid-island so you are within walking distance to shopping and restaurants and not far from the downtown area.You will have access to the pool/bar area, parking garage and the beach!We offer self check-in but we are close by should you have any issues during your stay and are happy to answer any questions.Located mid-island, within walking and/or biking distance to shops and restaurants. The entire island is 3 1/2 miles long and the complex is basically in the middle. Nice, quiet location yet close to everything!You can easily get around the island by foot, bike or renting a golf cart. Local taxi companies charge a very minimal fee to take you anywhere on the island.You are allowed TWO parking spaces. Because the island is so small, most complexes only have room for two vehicles per guest. Please make sure you are aware of this when you book. There is NO option for more parking. There is paid street parking. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it.You are allowed TWO parking spaces at the complex and passes will be left in your unit before your arrival.A couple of other notes: We are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-"the palmetto" bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis.We provide beach towels, but we do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas due to storage space. You can rent both on the beach during the peak season or from Tim's Bikes & Beach Gear Rentals all year round. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT INFO: Please be advised, during the busy season and holidays, we are on a very strict schedule with our housekeeping staff and appreciate your understanding that early check-ins and late check-outs will most likely, not be possible. You could be charged an extra cleaning fee if you leave an excessive mess which causes our housekeeping to spend extra time cleaning.Who can rent: The person responsible for making a reservation, the "Renter," must be at least 25 years of age, secure the reservation with a major credit card that is in their name and occupy the rental property during the reservation period. We do allow ONE pet (up to 25 lbs) with a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee. Our cleaning fee will increase if there is extensive cleaning to be done outside of a normal cleaning. You could be charged up to $500.00 in damages. Report ANY damages immediately to the property manager. The city of Tybee as well as the complex observes quiet hours after 10:00 PM. The large open concept living area gives way to a spacious balcony overlooking the pool and green space below, with a great view of the ocean just beyond the pool. Spend your mornings on the terrace, or take a stroll along the shoreline to watch the sun come up over the ocean.The spacious living area includes comfortable seating with a large flat-screen TV. The open living and dining area consists of a table for 6, and the kitchen has a large center island. Gather around the expansive island with bar seating for 6 in the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need for your vacation, including a Keurig Duo coffee maker. Just off the living room is the spacious Master Suite that has tons of natural light and a huge private bathroom. The bedroom features a King size bed and a flat-screen TV and lots of windows that look over the pool and beach. The en suite bathroom is complete with a large built-in dressing area, dual vanities, a whirlpool tub, and a separate shower. There are two additional bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and a flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom has a bunk bed (twin on top and Queen on bottom) and a separate twin bed and a flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom has a large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.Parking is available for two cars. There is one reserved numbered space in the parking garage, plus one parking space, unreserved either in the garage or outside of the garage. You can have a total of 2 cars on the premises. The building is private, with secure entry through the garage bay door. The Sandpiper Condos are located on Tybee Island'sSouth Beach within walking distance to the pier, pavilion, several shops, bars, and restaurants. Weeklong rentals are a must in June and July, 7 days, Saturday to Saturday. We are unable to make any exceptions during these months.The elevator will take you up to the second floor for your beautiful, private, spacious, 1400 square feet of vacation pleasure with a side view of the ocean from the balcony. We have Impact/High Performance windows and sliding glass door that are up to code for coastal and island properties.Description of Condo: Updated with ceramic tile flooring so there is no carpet. This condo features a fully furnished kitchen with Corian countertops. The full sized refrigerator/freezer /ice-maker combination, smooth top stove, microwave, and dishwasher will make 'cooking in' very convenient. There is a large pantry and extra shelves for storing your groceries.
