Welcome! The landlord Qiao Zhijia is a Chinese landlord who likes to make friends and will provide you with considerate service. Our Chinese villa area, Taman Mutiara (Taman Mutiara), located in the center of the town, is a great place to get some peace and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle. Each room has an independent bathroom, 24-hour hot water, all-weather air conditioning, toiletries, hair dryer, electric tea kettle, bedside USB socket, and 100M fiber optic WIFI. Laundry equipment and a 300-square-meter shared restaurant kitchen are available for free use (you can cook your own seafood for a party). There is also a large leisure space for public activities, where you can make tea, drink coffee, read books and newspapers, play mahjong (fully automatic mahjong table), and watch movies on a 100-inch projector. The town of Semporna is very small. We are backed by the sea (Government Pier), 300 meters away from the town center mosque, 400 meters away from KFC, 600 meters away from Watsons, and 300 meters away from the bank. Within 5 minutes of walking to the city center, there are 3 piers behind the Semporna Government Pier. The farthest pier is a 20-minute walk. You can use these few minutes to visit Malay shops\markets\Semporna Football Stadium\Chinese Try local delicacies in tea restaurants and experience the culture and local life here.
"The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The air conditioning worked well, and the internet was fast. There was a charging pad similar to the ones you'd find in China, so you could use it if you forgot to bring an adapter. There was also a luggage rack and bedside table. We booked a twin room, which was a bit small, but the bathroom was quite spacious. There was also a large outdoor seating area, complete with cats. It was very pleasant to sit outside with a fan, enjoy a cup of tea, and work.
There was also a large shared kitchen, dining area, and laundry area, making it convenient for families to shop and cook. The seafood market and pier are also within walking distance.
You can book island hopping tours right at the B&B front desk, which is great for those who don't want to plan their trips. The tour guides all speak Chinese, so there's no language barrier. They also provide pick-up and drop-off services directly from the B&B. The famous Pearl Hotel seems to be just a short walk away. Supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby, making it very convenient."

I came here with my wife for diving and stayed here again. I added the boss lady on WeChat when I stayed here last time. This time, the boss lady was busy running around for my wife to dive. I would like to express my gratitude.
Because it happened to be the Malay New Year, the boss and the boss lady were gone, and only Master Zhou was watching the store. Many things were troublesome to him. He is a generous and smiling good man.
A few days later, the boss came back and had a drink with the boss. As a result, we waived the money for washing clothes and drinking in the past few days. So everyone remember to find the boss to drink in the evening when you come, hahahaha.
The hotel hardware is ordinary, mainly the service is good, so I wonât post the hotel pictures, just post the scenery, I wish the boss a prosperous business

Downstairs is the restaurant, and there are resident singers at night (until around 11 p.m.), which is a bit noisy. The microwave, oven, and water dispenser in the room can be used; the Gree air conditioner is very powerful? Will not feel hot. Xiaomeijia surprised me. I stayed in Tawau for one night before going to Semporna. There were three families, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The price was 400 RMB. They also gave me a bunch of thoughtful snacks and new products. The kitchen was very clean. , the bathroom is also very clean, not to mention the bedroom. There is a durian stall 150 meters away. I bought 3 durians â 20 mangosteens â two dragon fruits for 200 ringgit. . . Eat until you are satisfied. I will come back next year, specifically to stay at Xiaomei's house for a few more days.

Located outskirt of the Semporna Town. Previously was an Aquafarm and we maintain it therefore there were live seafood available at our restaurant. We also can provide island hoping and diving activity as well.
"The location is not very convenient! But there were few tourists staying there, the owner was very friendly and prepared dinner himself, which was very delicious, quiet and leisurely! Next time I come to Semporna, I will stay here again!"

AAnonymous UserPros- Location is near the jetty. supermarkets, watsons are nearby walking distance. As you walked through the main entrance its like a different world. Love the main lobby area where there's arcade games, pool table, a movie area with bean bags. Breakfast spread is simple but good enough. Rooms deco as shown in photos.
Cons - Hot shower was inconsistent. Need to wait for a while till its warm. And its not very hot. Room not very clean. Soundproofing not that great. If you're a light sleeper maybe not a good option.

She would arrange a car to take us whether we were leaving for the town or rushing to the pier in the morning. She also helped us process the seafood we bought at night for free (PS: her craftsmanship is really good, especially the spicy crab). To be honest, I have been out for more than 10 days, and this is the first time I feel at home here. There is nothing to say. As for the accommodation environment, I understand it this way. Semporna itself is a very small town, and we basically go island hopping every day. We go out very early, and it is dark when we come back after dinner. We go back to sleep. I think cleanliness and hygiene are enough. And quietness is the most important thing. A good sleep can make a better departure the next day. So I prefer the environment of Mushroom House, which is far away from the town.

Service: The hotel's arrangements are in place and they can help you solve any problems you have. We booked a charter boat for snorkeling for two people. The instructor is also very professional and will dive to the bottom of the sea to help you catch the fish from the bottom of the sea.
Facilities: As soon as I entered the room, I couldn't wait to experience the slide. At first, I was worried that I would sink into the sea if I slid down. There are life jackets at the front desk, so there is no need to worry.
Free dinner: The dishes are very rich, the chicken is very tender, the crabs are also very fresh, there is crab roe in it, you canât get enough of the shrimps

RRyu_clean place and location in the center of town. parking is easy even though it is quiet. very simple. even the walls are polywood, you can hear voices from the next room....there are only towels and beds. if you want to stay overnight, make sure you bring your own mirror.. hehe... but it's okay to stay temporarily.... Reasons: 1. The room is very new, a large capsule-style room, new facilities, smart toilet, air conditioning is also very quiet, and the space is basically enough. The room is built on a cement column more than 1 meter high, and the room is dry.
2. There are currently 11 rooms with intervals between each other. They do not interfere with each other and are very quiet. If you are disturbed, it is the sound of small animals climbing on the roof or raindrops. It feels pretty good.
3. It is 15 minutes away from the town or the pier without traffic jams, and 25 minutes with traffic jams. Between 8 am and 8 pm, free pick-up and drop-off are available at any time, and the time is almost the same. If there is more deviation, 50 Malaysian ringgits will be charged each time, but it is safe and the vehicle is in good condition, so it is worth it.
4. The restaurant can arrange for the processing of seafood, and the vehicle will be sent to buy, then picked up, and then processed. The taste of the seafood is very good, not worse than the pier restaurant. The processing fee is also transparent and fair.
5. I felt unwell one day, and I arranged a vehicle to take me to buy medicine in time. I came back and made a vegetable noodle soup with eggs as required. It was very comfortable to eat. Although it was a little expensive, I was grateful. See the attached picture 55 Malaysian ringgit.
6. I feel that the hotel is a group hotel, which is quite powerful. The restaurant is very large and equipped with five vans. I heard that there are more and bigger plans in the future. There are also many service staff and their attitude is also good.
Here are some of the shortcomings I encountered:
1. The hotel confirmed the order by email, and the name and date were sent incorrectly. I contacted by email twice later, but no one responded. At present, the Malaysian customs is friendly to Chinese people and has not checked.
2. You need to contact in advance for airport pick-up. Please remind me in the reply email and clearly provide contact information, preferably WeChat account.
3. Set a fixed WeChat number for the service butler. There are five butlers in the service group. I really donât know who to contact if there is a problem.
4. The bath towels were changed twice during the five-day stay. During the period, I asked to clean the floor, but it was never cleaned.
5. During the period, there was one time when a vehicle was needed to pick up the car, and the waiting time was as long as 70 minutes. During the period, the reason was not informed in time. I stood at the door of KFC for 50 minutes. If I had informed you in time, I could have taken a rest nearby.
6. The hotel is still a little far from the pier and town, but the shuttle service compensates for it. However, the price is still slightly high, the price is the same as the Sheraton Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and the cost performance is not very good.
