Awesome stay and breakfast! The lady at the reception is really nice and helpful. We will stay again on our next trip to Miami.

I was catfished. The pictures on the site do not show what the property actually looks like. The hotel is dirty, smelly, & it has no roof. The location looks sketchy looks like they sells drug and bodies out the place. I had to wait over 2 hours with the trip advisors to get a refund and they didn’t refund it all. I paid for a week 7 days. Had to ask for a supervisor multiple times didn’t receive one. The called me a liar and said the hotel Photos were accurate and I’m telling them in there in real time and the place should be abandoned. Finally after asking why I couldn’t speak with a supervisor I was refunded minus a day and cancellation fee. Which I never checked in because they claimed they were full. It was a total mess!

There were 4 cockroaches in the room that I have never seen before. Also, there were a lot of insect wings like wing ants in the toilet, and I wondered where the body went. The cockroach, dead and upside down, was turned around every time I saw it. Even though the hotel itself is non-smoking, the scent of ********* wafted in the air, and I felt like I was going to get dizzy.
