Clean, well maintained, comfortable cozy room well designed and nicely decorated in colonial Vietnamese architecture with French decor. Very efficient and welcoming receptions with good communication skills. Even the hotel shuttle driver could communicate in English. Tasty and many variety of food fir breakfast buffet. Free hotel shuttle to An Bang beach and Hoi ancient town centre. Free bicycle for use. We ate 2 dinner in the hotel cafe and the food was tasty. 20-25 min walking distance to ancient town old streets and river. Nice pool.area popular with hotel guests. Very enjoyable stay.

Hotel location in between old town and anbang beach. Very convenient to travel everywhere with grab bike or bicycles. Very quiet environment and the huge pool is amazing!

Located right between beach and old town, but away from main roads for a quiet sleep. Recommend to get a room away from the elevators.

Nice decor and the staff was wonderful, extremely helpful through a very busy holiday. Unfortunately that’s all the positives. There’s no soundproofing so the hotel is very loud. Across from one side is a small playground and restaurants that have karaoke. It was extremely loud so I moved to the other side which was a little better but still noisy. There’s no real view so it’s better to be overlooking the pool. Breakfast was so chaotic I couldn’t eat there one morning. There were ants on the beverage tray in the room and leftover hair and dust from the previous guest. The walk to the Ancient town is about 20 minutes, you can ride a bike the hotel provides but during Tet I don’t recommend because it’s too crowded.

The service staff is very nice and the room is beautiful and comfortable. The only drawback is the slow service quality of the restaurant and the lack of cleanliness of the tableware. The hotel provides free shuttle bus and bicycle services. Ms Vin's service attitude is really very good. She provided a lot of friendly service from the first second of check-in. Will stay again if there is a chance.

The staff are lovely, smiling and friendly. The room was available before the time so you can check in immediately. Even though the location is far from the old city, the hotel has a shuttle service (in rounds). There are many food options to choose from. The room is as advertised.

No, I stayed at the boutique for 3 nights, very comfortable. I just spent time lying on the sunbed at the pool. It was a great time. It was clean and the room was spacious. It was a 6-minute walk to Olta. I want to use it again. It's a great breakfast restaurant.

Everyone was very friendly and it was a comfortable hotel. It's very clean! I left my wallet behind, but they worked hard to find a way to get it back to me safely. I'd love to stay here again!!! Thank you so much!
