The landlord is very nice and answers all questions. He even bought train tickets for us. , we took the boss’s car back to Da Nang, and the price was about the same as Grab’s taxi fare.

Highly recommended, great room, and a very comfortable and lovely balcony. The boss is also very kind. You can ask him anything about Hoi An. He is very enthusiastic. The room is very comfortable and the sleep is very comfortable. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the ancient town of Hoi An. It is very convenient. There are also many local snacks and traditional markets around.

Overall, it's average, 1 km away from the city scenic area, and the location is relatively remote

It was my first stay in Hoi An and it was great. I was impressed by the friendly guidance on my first visit to Hoi An. However, it may be inconvenient because it is far from the beach.

The location of the B&B is quiet and very clean. Free bicycles are provided.

Owners are hands and very welcoming. Large clean quiet rooms . Breakfast western (omelette) or local Pho was tasty and freshly cooked. Due to an early morning I preordered a take-a-way breakfast of fruit and Banh Mi which was a nice touch.. Pool is clean and inviting . Laundry per kg wash and fold returned within 6hours. Bicyles and rental motorbikes are in excellent condition. Easy and safe walk to all local Hoi An attractions. Day of departure owners gifted cold water, fruit and local cake . Thank you for a wonderful 6 night stay. Highy recommend for a short or long stay.

If you are visiting Hoi An and you are looking for a high quality homestay then I highly recommend Tue Tam Garden Villa. We were lucky enough to come across this gem when we visited Hoi An 10 years ago. Our stay was that good we rebooked 10 years later! Our family of four (now two teen age daughters) had an amazing experience with the warm hospitality and quality accommodation. We were lucky enough to meet their extended family who were always willing to take us into town (even though it is a very short walk), and they would always show us the best places to eat, visit and to get a great bargain. Their family even organised our FedEx delivery and drove us to Da Nang to deliver a parcel. Such a privilege to spend time with a hard working and amazing Vietnamese family. On our last night the family cooked a special homemade soup which we enjoyed eating with the family. Highly recommend as an excellent experience, very affordable and high quality accommodation. Oh…Their home made Vietnamese coffee is the best in Hoi An (this is coming from a coffee drinker!)

We thought this was too good to be true - we went ahead and booked anyway. We are SO glad we did. We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The family are so welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble at all. The pool area was lovely and perfect after a hot day exploring Hoi An. We would definitely stay again. We utilised the laundry and the airport pick up which was great. We also used the free bikes to cycle to the beach one day - it took us about 20mins on a scorching hot day and was an easy route to navigate. The walk into the main area took about 15minutes but was simple. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

We’ve stayed a week in this hotel. It was nice, comfy and very clean. The owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful, always asking if we need something. The location of the hotel is between old city center and rice fields. 5 minutes walk to rice fields, you can take a free bike and 15 minutes to old town. To sea is bit far, need to take grab or 25 min ride with bike. Place is busy. Close to morning market with fruits and fish. Lot’s of options to grab some local food.

We had a great stay here, the rooms were lovely very clean, the hotel is in a good location and walkable to the main town. The stay was made great by the friendly and helpful owner. The room was comfortable, with a fan and air conditioning. Great value

A lovely couple owns the place. Close to the central market and the old town. Extremely clean. They are listening to our needs with much care. I would definitly go back. We had to leave fast because of a typhoon, but we got all the help we needed

We spent 16 nights in this hotel, and we felt at home despite the language disability. The room was beautiful and very clean, comfortable mattress, quiet and efficient air conditioning, generous breakfast. Our hosts were very friendly, always there for us.

Small hotel very well located in Hoi An, you can easily get around on foot. Close to all amenities and yet very quiet in a small street away from the noise. The owners are very friendly, the small swimming pool is excellent for cooling off ( loan of towels) Decent breakfast. Little extra, in the morning we took a flight, and the boss kindly prepared me a little snack (banana and cakes) Nice little touch! A very professional massage parlor nearby (Cam spa) A delicious moment!

A little corner of paradise. Clean place, helpful owner, attentive and available. Location close to all city center, restaurant. A great experience, the owner did not hesitate to get on his motorbike in the rain to take me to a restaurant 👍. An excellent stay, I recommend it.
