The room is fine, the reception is very helpful and friendly. Good location. Walkable distance to the pier.

The hotel is clean, well equipped & comfortable. As a "boutique" hotel, we loved the warm fireplace int eh lobby and the small restaurant and bar area. Only a few items let them down a little; on the public holiday the kitchen was closed in the evening. In addition we ordered some mineral water to go to the room, but had to follow that up. Whilst it was supplied free of charge to make up for the delay, it would be preferred that it was simply sent as requested. Overall we loved the hotel, its location, the view, the room and the overall "Vibe".

Best hotel in hobart so far i stay. Clean, spacious and just beside woolworths. Can do groceries and foods surround it.

It was enjoyable staying at the hotel. Loved the cleanliness and the staff was very helpful. The room was big and the bed was soft and nice. Would have another stay here if I’m visiting Hobart again! Would recommend to my friends as well!

The front desk is very helpful, very professional, and the service attitude is really good. There is a supermarket and parking lot next to it, so it is self-driving friendly, and across the road is a large hospital, which is friendly for bringing children. Walk to the pier to a red street light, friendly for eating. I don’t recommend Mures for dining at the pier. I feel like it’s recommended by an internet celebrity and the service isn’t great. Close your eyes and pick out the restaurants in the row of old houses next to it. There is also the first Italian restaurant Felicin downstairs in the glass house. The service environment and dishes are first-class. The handsome guy who plays the piano speaks fluent Chinese. The waitresses and ladies are all very friendly, and they are not the kind of people who are very arrogant about making money from tourists.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively new, but the rooms are very small, which is considered small in Australia, let alone in Tasmania. And the hotel does not have a parking lot, which is very inconvenient to drive by yourself. There is a certain gap between price and quality.

The location is good, you can get off at sky bus stop 5 and walk there in 6 minutes. The rooms are satisfactory and will definitely allow visitors to have a good rest! It would be even better if the hotel has a buffet laundry service!
