The location is excellent, right next to the Japanese Walking Street. The hotel is relatively new, but maintenance and management are lacking. The toilet was flooded, staff had limited English proficiency, and the main entrance was blocked by a hawker stall—hard to imagine for a hotel. The reception has been moved to the basement, requiring guests to walk down 13 steps. Breakfast is served on the first floor with a reasonable selection, but only one staff member handles everything—I assume she is the chef, waitress, and cleaner. You can eat without even providing your room number.

Really nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are great and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are good but there is no one there on standby to replace the meals when they are finished or to clear the tables.

An old Vietnamese hotel with a very convenient location. There is a Japanese street behind the hotel. The staff service is OK, the rooms are very comfortable, but the toilet drains very slowly, which needs to be improved.

The room was very clean, with a huge bed, and the breakfast was delicious! There was also freshly squeezed juice! The location was good, right on Japan Street, with many delicious restaurants downstairs, and 711 and BIDV ATM across the street. It was also very convenient to walk to various attractions, all less than 1 km, and only took more than ten minutes to walk.
