Good hotel, good price, but definitely difficult to check in, you don’t understand which operator should you communicate. Also lots of ants near the kitchen and bed.

Stayed here several times. Good value for money hotel in central Ho Chi Minh City. Be sure to read the instructions that are emailed as the hotel is not staffed. Also be sure to go to the right hotel as there’s another just down the lane. Close to good restaurants and cafes.

Very good apartment. There was self check in. Really friendly and kind stuff.

Good place for budget.

The accommodation is much smaller than the photos, the bathroom and shower room are too cramped, and the water doesn't drain and pools on the floor. There are only 2 shower towels, so it's not enough for a 2-night stay. I had to ask for more and got them with difficulty. I was very stressed. There were so many ants that I got bitten. The sound of the door closing in the next room was very loud. I will never visit again. I don't recommend it.

Nice, small apartments. Comfortable and quiet. Very good location. No complaints, except for the ants. But there weren't many of them and they didn't bother us much.

The location of the accommodation is good (close to the 1st District September 23 Park), there are many good restaurants nearby, and there is a bean cafe. It is remodeled and clean.

The hotel is located near the center, we were in Ho Chi Minh City for only a few days, it was convenient to get to the central part of the city. Average cleanliness, a little dusty in the room from the cornices. I really liked the service, since everything in this hotel has remote access, they answered us on time and quickly.

The contact person was friendly and communicated quickly. The location in the alley is a bit small and inconvenient for cars to enter the alley.
