Free smells in the freak designed hotel room that potential gives you a spin. Free kick overall. Has friendly mosquito accompany you the whole night. Vintage elevator with free mechanical smells. Single car park. Staff is friendly. Nearby eateries which is mostly local food, local hot pots & local beer. Budget supermarkets on the next street. Next to K circles & 7 eleven. Need 15 minutes ride by grab to City centre. Nearby cafe such as Kartinat which is relaxing. Nearby a gynaecology hospital. Surrounded by budget hotels along the stretch. For those of you would like to visit The walking street, is 20 minutes away by walking. You will have fun there.

We weren’t allowed into the country so I never stayed at this hotel, Trip.com knows that, I tried to cancel and they refused me to do so so there are your two stars I’m sure the hotel is fine, they can fight with Trip.com to get this review removed just like I had to.

It was nice to stay at that hotel. and the receptionist, Anh Huu Vinh-Gin; he's really friendly and gives clear information about the stay, and his team and the body guide, when you just arrive, provide good welcome services. But in the bathroom, the door is a bit too clear, and there're no towel racks or anything to hang the clothes in the bathroom. so we can see the shadow of the shower, so I think you should renovate it a bit more. but for service, facilities, and environment, there is nothing to concern. and location are also easy to find and walk to attractive destinations, even Bui Vien Walking Street, where we just walk for around 6–10 minutes. and near the hotel have a lot of local food both day and night. 

Room size description maybe small but the design of the room makes it a lot more spacious ..smart tv that u can connect to.the hotel also has a laundry room with iron. Alot of restaurants n food vendors around n a big supermarket just 2 mins walk.

New hotel with very friendly staff. Comfortable room. Nobody clean corridor during my stay. It destroyed whole nice impression.

Best hotel in town. But only one nearby mart. Overall very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Worth for money you have paid every thing was great no problem at all

It’s all good except for the compliment water in the room. In stead of providing bottled of water, there’s a refill bottle which inconvenient and unhygienic.

Initially i reached the wrong Concept hotel while checking in, so we be careful about that. There are 2 hotels relatively close to each other. Anyways, in my actual hotel, TBH the room wasnt good. Cleanliness was its fine but there seems to be a weird smell. Maybe it was the cleaning supplies. Not sure. I was initially planning on extending by a day but I was glad I booked for a day only. The room also seemed smaller than the ones i thought I saw while booking. I had requested to extend the room by 1 hr but then they denied it saying hotel was busy. It is understandable but the hotel seemed empty at that time so it was a bit odd.

Overall it is very good staying experience

Love everything except for twin bed room the size of bathroom is too small for me.

Services was pretty good , as a new hotel with young staffs very enthusiastic and friendly. As I was check in late the hotel compensate me with a transfer to bus terminal . Housekeeping can still be improved.

New hotel, staff really nice and helpful, room very well clean, amenities very good…. I will come back for sure!!
