Perfect Staycation... Everything nice when you stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the housekeeping do their job very well, also all the staff was so nice especially the receptionist and the security guard.. The location is perfect to anywhere you want to go in Ho Chi Minh because the hotel located in heart of city. I recommended this hotel to everyone.
Complete room equipment such as nail clippers, scissors, conditioner, etc., but what is unpleasant is that when the room is left for breakfast and a dont disturb sign has been put up, the cleaning service still cleans it. even though when we met in the breakfast room he had asked about it and i said i still use the room after breakfast.
On October 10th, I booked a 25-square-meter room at this hotel, but the room I ended up in was only about 15 square meters. When I contacted them, I explained that the room wasn't 25 square meters and asked them to change my room. The manager said I'd have to pay extra for a change. I was angry but had no choice, given the language barrier, so I had to accept their arrangement. I wasn't going to complain about the small room; I just wouldn't stay there again. But today, when I checked out, it was raining heavily. I said I'd wait for over an hour, and if it didn't rain, I'd stay another day. I was delayed by an hour and a half, and they demanded 140,000 Vietnamese Dong. I said it was only an hour and a half late, and I'd give them 70,000 Vietnamese Dong. The manager at the front desk wouldn't listen. I didn't have any cash on me at the time, so I offered to transfer the money via WeChat or Alipay, or leave my phone number and transfer it later. They couldn't accept WeChat or Alipay. I said I'd have my wife transfer it to the hotel when I got home. But they wouldn't let me leave. I had no choice but to have my Vietnamese friend transfer 70,000 Vietnamese Dong to them before I could finally leave! I booked a 25-square-meter room, but they gave me a 15-square-meter one. I think this is fraud and false advertising. Please, all travelers, avoid this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Terrific staff, very friendly. Very convenient location. Advised staff to install bath safety handle grip to access shower as rather unsafe for older or impaired guests. Staying there again next week.

I stayed at Family Moul for two nights.
The room was spacious and it was easy to open my suitcase.
I could hear some voices outside during the night, but I couldn't understand what they were saying so it was tolerable.
One thing that bothered me was the shower room door.
It didn't fit well, so it kept opening slightly even when I closed it, so I had to hold it with my foot while taking a shower.
Even so, the toilet was still soaking wet, and to my surprise, the glass in front of the drain had broken and water was leaking out from there.
No matter how many bath mats you had, it wouldn't be enough.
Also, the breakfast wasn't as good as I expected.

The air cond unit not working properly. In the middle of the night, it tripped. The bathroom door cannot closed properly. Main door without safety lock pin.
Quite pleasant. Although the hotel shows a bit of age, the facilities are well-maintained, amenities are fully stocked, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, which made exploring very convenient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, adding a delightful touch to the trip. While the decor feels slightly dated, the overall experience was comfortable and offered great value for money. Highly recommended!

Book this room for my niece and she find it highly accessible to nearby attraction and shopping. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was basic but good enough. Almost every toiletries is available so it's ok even if u have not brought any. Will definitely come back. Bed is comfortable and not too hard.
It could be a very good option if they washed the floor. The repair is still in average condition, a very quiet street, nothing interfered with sleep. The best set of cosmetics that I have seen in Vietnam, sorry, but even condoms.
However, I had to wash the floor there, dirty as on the street. Although a maid came to us, made the bed, updated everything, but they don't wash the floor there in principle, I am perplexed. I am attaching a photo of a rag

Great
DDH79The hotel has a great location. Although the room is small, it has everything you need. The front desk staff highly value the guest experience—they check in after arrival to ask about room satisfaction and follow up after check-out about the overall stay. Other staff members are also very friendly. The affordable price even includes breakfast. I would stay here again if I have the chance.

YYUPINGA25 is probably a chain hotel, there are several nearby. Ordered this A25-20, but the order went to another store at the same address. Something went wrong, Ctrip made a phone call to resolve it, thank you very much. The room was clean, spacious and had a bathtub. The windows are small but breathable. Out of the alley, opposite the park, a few minutes away from Fan Lao Wu Street. On the way, I also encountered a foreign scammer saying that he lost his wallet. I deliberately said that he didn't understand and asked him to look for locals, but he didn't. In addition, it should be noted that although the toilet supplies are provided in the room, drinks and mineral water are not free, and you have to pay for the last drink. Not many tourists, but many Vietnamese. In short, less than two hundred yuan a night is not bad.

GGuest UserWe were in this hotel 5 years ago, the name and owner were different, now it is the A 25 hotel chain, the equipment, of course, has become modern, cool plasma, new air conditioning, modern furniture. But the service suffered. Previously, we would come in after a walk, they would recognize us, say hello, now all the visitors are faceless, the kitchen is a mess, there are only 4-5 courses of coffee, either no coffee or cold, and before they even made real live yoghurts, my wife really liked them. Let's go to the stream!
