Ignore all those bad reviews. This hotel was totally fine. The staffs were kind & helpful. Room & bathroom were clean, no mold whatsoever. The only minor was the elevator which apparently only works for upper level. We will stay here again.

Best hotel in best location

Good service and excellent room

Location is good but service and breakfast is not upto mark.

It was very easy to find from the train station. Very close to everything! Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You could leave your luggage if you came before the check out time. I would stay there again.

The guy who attended us at check-in treated us terribly, he only spoke Italian and was angry because we asked him something in English, the room was somewhat dirty and the bathroom curtains were the same with several dirt stains, a blanket was also dirty and with brown and red stains, I asked him to change the blanket for a clean one and the answer was "that's what you paid for, I can't change it, I don't have any blankets" ... there was hardly any hot water either ... anyway, I will not stay at that hotel again nor would I recommend it to my contacts ... it is worth noting that in the morning they did attend to us much better and they even told us where to leave our suitcases to get to know Venice better, but the rest of the facilities looked dirty and very run down.

The access to Santa Lucia Station and the water bus station was good and the staff was friendly.

The hotel location is very convenient. We had a double room with a bathroom, a good size, not a small cage. The windows overlooked the courtyard (or something like that). Large hall with a sofa and shelves for luggage. The only downside is that if you don't watch carefully, water from the shower could end up in the room. Otherwise, for such a price, it's a great option,
