Hotel is not big. Room is not big but it is fully equipped. Room looks new n is very clean. Housekeeping though is every 4 days but they provide clean towels n trash bag in plastic bag n hang it at room door. All staff from parking staff, front desk n kitchen staff were all very friendly. English is adequately understood. Mechanical lift car park service is provided by hotel at ¥1000 per day. It was quite nervous to manoeuvre the car into the tight spaced garage. 2nd night, car was mechanically park incorrectly. This part was rather troublesome as the hotel had to call the car lift company to fix the error. Other parking areas nearby available too. Free breakfast at lobby is various types of onigiri, miso soup n 1 more soup (french onion/ mushroom). Location is perfect, short walk to so many restaurants, departmental store, supermarket, convenient stores. First time tried this hotel n it’s really good. Will come back/ will try out their hotels in other cities as well.

Good location near JR Station and Tram can go to many places in Hiroshima

Located within walking distance from JR Hiroshima station. Twin sharing room was spacious. Free breakfast was good too.

The staff are very friendly especially the ones at breakfast room. They are very energetic with great attitude. Hotel location is just a few minutes from Hiroshima Train Station. It's convenient for going for sight seeing. Highly recommend!

Hotel is easy to find from the train station with the large hotel name on the top of the building. Staff were friendly and keen to help. Room is sufficient for a one night stay, bit cramped but still have enough room to open the suitcases. We marked 4 star for amenities as there was not bottled water provided in the room and hotel pajamas. We have stayed in many other Japanese hotels with the same star rating with less room cost that have provided both amenities.

As its brand points, at least comfortable level is satisfied.

The room was clean, check-in was quick, breakfast was filling, and it was close to Hiroshima Train Station, making it very convenient for sightseeing in the city and going to Miyajima and Iwakuni. You can store your luggage after checking out in the morning, come back in the afternoon to pick up your luggage, and take the Shinkansen back to Osaka, arriving at 7 o'clock.

It takes about 3 minutes on foot from Hiroshima Station. The only regret is that the breakfast is onigiri style, so if you want a buffet, it is better to reserve Toyoko Inn Hiroshima 2. Still, it is a clean hotel with good service and a humidifier provided during the changing of seasons.

The rooms in Japanese business hotels are small but I'm used to it. However, I found that the breakfast has changed a lot. It used to be a buffet, but this time the hotel I stayed in only had rice balls 🍙 and bread 🍞, and no milk 🥛 was seen 🙈. I guess they are trying to save costs.

The room is very small, and a 28-inch suitcase can be opened and placed under the bed. Breakfast only has rice balls and soup. I didn't eat it even though it was included. I recommend not ordering breakfast. The hotel is very close to JR, and it takes only 3 minutes to walk to the elevator entrance. Turn left after the main entrance and there is a Family Mart and a late-night snack shop at the intersection. It is very cost-effective and recommended for dining.

Very close to Hiroshima Station. The room is not big but the service is very good. The service staff are very nice. The room is very clean and the basic facilities are also very complete. It is a budget hotel. The sound insulation is slightly worse.
