Spacious room but very dirty with a lot of hair inside bathtub when checked in. Need to tell housekeeper to clean it.

Stayed here on 20-22 Dec 2023. Location is actually very good, near multiple food options and also just a 7min walk from bus stop. Just that if you are dragging luggage in the snow, it’s not that fun🤣. Room was spacious and comfortable for 2, with the view from the room being a slope with people skiing. Pretty cool. Breakfast was buffet spread of mostly Japanese breakfast food, nothing too fancy but gets the energy in for ski day

Came for to stay while exploring Niseko during their green season. Food was mediocre here and Niseko has lots of nice food around for you to explore. Room was generally clean but amount Yotei view is partially blocked by the front building which was under construction. Might not be back again as the amenities is old and tired.

Ski room is very far; and no “+” cross screwdriver :(

Location OK for the price. Hotel is a bit old looking inside. The in room private onsen room cost almost double to upgrade but worth doing so for the experience

Nice location

The location is very convenient, the cable car is right at the back and you can slide in and out directly. Just the room and hotel are a bit old. Breakfast is delicious, Japanese breakfast, you won't get tired of eating it every day. The hotel has a hot spring, and you need to pay tax whether you use it or not.

Not recommended for families. We chose a 4-futon room because there were 2 children who wanted to sleep together, but when we pressed to choose, we chose 2 adults because we saw that the room specified 4 futons and thought that there would be enough sleep, so we didn't choose the number of children because we saw that Price per night 10,475 *There is no breakfast* It's already very expensive. Reservation form has 4 futons written. Width 1 m. Can accommodate 2 adults. We thought that there should be no problem from having stayed in many hotels. It turned out when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel charges an additional service fee of about 7,000 per night. We stayed 2 nights, which is equal to a little over 17,000 per night. The sky started to get dark and the snow fell. The children were hungry. It felt very bad. Stayed for 2 nights, there was no cleaning of the room. The trash can is full and placed in front of the room in the morning. Pick up your own towel at the counter. Must stay 4 nights in a row to clean. In the middle of the room there is a table and 4 chairs. If you want to sleep, you have to put the table next to it and lay down 4 futons to fill the entire room. At a price of over 17,000 per night, if we had known beforehand, we would not have stayed. 5-star hotel, less than 10,000 baht per night, includes breakfast, very disappointing. Reported to trip.com, talked to the hotel, they said that it is Trip.com's policy to give coin compensation in coins of only about 4,000 baht. Bad experience with this hotel.

The room is a bit old, the breakfast and evening buffets are perfunctory, there are few choices, the room does not provide free water, the bathroom has not been cleaned for three days, and there is a sign asking to clean the room, but no one cleans it.

Skiing is very convenient. The food at the evening buffet has deteriorated a lot compared to 5 years ago. The quality of the barbecue meat has dropped to the point where I don’t want to eat it a second time. There are also many fewer people eating than 5 years ago.

The room night was very good and comfortable. The hot spring was not too crowded. The location was good. It is worth staying again. I thought it was very old. No, the room was new and clean. The dinner was very comfortable, polite and delicious.
