Best quality service and a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Central High Wycombe. The Manager was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. It means the hotel is well run and guests satisfaction is a top priority. It was clean comfortable rooms in a perfect town center location. It was really good and unbelievable experience. Thank you.

I recently visited Premier Inn High Wycombe with my friends and family members, and we had a lovely experience. We went for breakfast and were impressed by the warm hospitality and excellent guest service from the staff. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety to suit everyone’s preferences. I also stayed the night, and my room was clean, quiet, and well-prepared. The bed was especially comfortable, with a soft mattress and fluffy pillows that ensured a great night’s sleep. The service throughout the stay was consistent and professional, and the manager was friendly and made sure all guests were happy. It’s clear that the team at Premier Inn High Wycombe cares about delivering a high level of comfort and satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and a welcoming environment.

The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a friends' getaway. Staff were friendly and always happy to help. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and great dining options nearby.

The overall stay at the Premier Inn Hotel- High Wycombe was exceptional. The rooms were comfortable, clean and hygienic, and breakfast was top-notch. A special thanks to the Hotel manager, and Ragib for their exceptional service and their curiosity and willingness to help and make our stay memorable.

This was the most shocking experience I have ever had in a premier Inn and I stay in one a week at least!! The window was broken so couldn’t be closed and I was overlooking a McDonald’s with drive thru that didn’t close until 2am!! However the worst bit was the food, paid for a meal deal and went for dinner. Ordered a starter and a main both came together!! Never had that before. The chicken goujons were burnt and inedible. The Thai green curry with rice had a few peas and two pieces of sweet potato and tasted like it was out of a packet!! I left most of it and will not return to this hotel. It was so bad I didn’t bother with breakfast. The room was grubby and pillows dirty!!

Stayed here on the 11th of July, that Friday the staff on shift were friendly and apologised for the wait as we could see its busy but the man and female were very good. However me and my family the next morning on Saturday wanted to go for breakfast however the queue was long as there was only 2 staff members visible the whole shift. As we paid for our breakfast and headed down the restaurant my husband had seen a member of staff fast asleep which we think was a ‘manager as he saw her lanyard and had her manager blazer on .’ She was asleep on the sofa at the back of the restaurant which made us angry, as the other 2 staff members were running around and actually working and not sleeping. If that’s the case i want a job at premier inn so i can just sleep. I will definitely be going higher up to see if this is normal for a ‘duty manager’ to be asleep.

We upgraded to a plus room and the facilities were excellent. However, our air conditioning in the room did not work correctly throughout our stay of 3 nights. We did inform the staff and unfortunately they were unable to fix the problems. Secondly, even though we were aware of the offsite parking it was quite confusing and consists of two options neither of which are ideal. Limited parking outside and a multi-storey car park which is dirty and is used by the homeless overnight which comes with obviously hygiene issues and security issues for some clientele of the Hotel.

Great stay, we spent the night here as a get away for myself and my wife. The room was a prem plus and was great. The only thing I found a tad bit disappointing was parking. Paid an extra £9 for 24hrs but if you went out, there was no guarantees to get parked there again. Which meant you'd have to pay a further £5 for the multistory carpark. Otherwise Food and bedroom spectacular.
